MEMORY WITH YOU - (Bechloe-Short-Story)

CHAPTER III

  Beca woke up with someone shaking her. She groaned as she felt it didn't stop, she then opened her eyes in irritation and saw the redhead shaking her.

"Hey, wake up. I know you can't remember anything but I'm sure you can remember how to be thirsty or hungry so rise up ball of sunshine and help me get something to eat." Chloe said while shaking her. She just stopped when the brunette sat up and adjust herself to the place. It's still a little bit dark but you can see the sky turning to dark blue.

"You're so cute when you're so messy." Chloe complimented and stood up. "Get up your ass and get ready, you can use any of my clothes there. I'll wait for you outside." She smiled and walked outside the hut.

Beca began to walk towards Chloe's box of clothes and saw many not-so-dirty-shirt, she sniffed it but it doesn't have smell at all so she picked a white shirt and tight shorts before going to the kitchen. She searched for some water to wash her face then put some clothes on. She still have this massive cloth on her head.

After getting ready, she went out of the hut and saw Chloe waiting for her.

"You looked nice. I thought you would not remember how clothes work." Chloe giggled on her clothes. Beca just rolled her eyes.

"It's so early. Where are we going?" Beca said with a lazy voice.

"We're going to date." Chloe joked but Beca just gave her a look. "I mean, we're going to market to buy foods." Chloe deadpanned. "Seriously, don't ask that again." Chloe sternly said. "I'm going to teach you to how to find a food. I will also tour you around this island, but first thing first. I'm going to remind you that we'll going to do this twice in a day. This time and in the middle of the afternoon—

"Wait. How can we identify if it's afternoon?" Beca asked in confusion. Chloe smirked.

"Shadow and water." Chloe stated, Beca looked at her expectedly. "Shadow, as you can see, we can't see sun rise from our view, because this view..." pointing at the sea. "...was west. From east it's morning and from west, it's afternoon. So if can see your shadow pointing to the west, it's morning. If you see your shadow on your feet, it's afternoon but if see your shadow on your back but your body was facing west, it's late afternoon. But if you don't get it, if it's low tide, it's morning but if it's high tide, it's already afternoon." Chloe explained.

"Alright."

"Yeah, we're the only people here so you will do the dishes for now, but if you learned to cook then we will both do the dishes." Chloe said and proceeded from walking.

It's been a week and they got along with each other, they had a lot of inside jokes for each other and it's like they were bestfriend for a long time.

Chloe missed to talk with someone for so long. She's craving for a lot of story to tell her companion, it's easy for her to get a long with someone especially she's a bubbly person. She even taught Beca to remember where they were taking those food they were eating the whole day, she taught the brunette how to get some fish in the pond they saw inside the forest. She also taught Beca how to play games with only theirselves and have fun.
