Chapter five

A few days had past since you met Brook and Harvey, you subscribed to them both on YouTube because you really started enjoying their music. You had gone back to your mums after staying the night at Ffions, everything had been okay so far.

"Are you ever going to eat?" Your mum asks as she barges into your room.
"Excuse me?" You ask shocked.
"I said are you ever going to eat? Or will you carry on starving yourself? I don't blame you, look at yourself" she laughs.
You just sit there with your mouth open, how could she have the cheek to say that to her own daughter? You grab your hoodie and run past her. Tears threatening to show themselves. You quickly shove your feet into your shoes and run out the door. You can't stop running however, you find your feet taking you towards the beach again. You suddenly crash into someone, causing you to fall down.
"Fuck" you whisper. A hand reaches down to help you back up.
"Are you okay?" You hear.
"Yeah, sorry I bumped into you" you reply, looking up. Brooklyn's eyes meet your gaze.
"Nice to see you again stranger" he laughs, "The names Brook"
"Y/n" you reply meekly.
"Where were you running off to then y/n?" He asks. You pause, not sure if you want to tell him the truth.
"I'm not sure, anywhere really" you respond. He looks you up and down, "Argument with your parents huh?"
"How did you know?" You ask amazed.
"Been there, done that. I've moved out now thank god" he laughs, "I miss my mum like hell though. My dad even more" he looks down.
"I.. I'm sorry" you stutter, not sure on what to say.
"It's okay, I know he's looking down on me" He beems. You decide not to tell him that you know who he is, you don't want him thinking that you're a creepy stalker after all.
"Hey, do you wanna go get some coffee? Warm yourself up a bit" He asks, biting his lip.
"Better than going home" you reply following him to the nearest cafe.
