What happened in the Sun Room a day ago, definitely put me on guard. The guy is absolutely lethal, and if I'm not careful he would surely devour me. As it is, my stupid heart beats wildly every time he's near me. the worst part is, it beats wildly not because of fear, but because of excitement. Some part of me recognizes the fact that I am attracted to my captor.

Tonight, lying alone in my bed, I've resolved to resist his charms. I will not let myself be captivated by that arrogant man. Damn that guy! He really pisses me of. Why does he have to be so hot and oozing with sex appeal? Why is he so infuriatingly attractive?

I sat and leaned against the headboard. I am attracted to that guy. Heck, I may be falling for him. What is wrong with me? Is this what they call the Stockholm syndrome?

In my frustration I threw the pillow I was clutching. It flew to the direction of the door. My eyes widened when the door suddenly opened and it hit the person who opened it squarely on the chest.

"Ooops"

With a raised brow, he picked the pillow I threw and tucked it under his arm. "my, my... what a fierce little tiger you are. Attacking me with a pillow like that."

I flashed my eyes at him, "If I had a lamp at hand, I would have thrown it at you."

He laughed. He leisurely walked to the side of my bed and sat. His eyes were twinkling with amusement. He looked quite dashing in his immaculate blue v-neck shirt and black denim pants. His muscles rippling visibly through his shirt.

"You know," He said "one of the things that attracted me to you is your fiesty nature."

I blushed. "You-you must be bat shit crazy"

He took my hand and kissed the back of it, "Yes I'm crazy... Crazy for you!"

I stared at him for a second and then burst out laughing. Gosh! What a very corny thing to say! I was laughing so hard that my stomach hurt.

"Why do you laugh?" He asked indignantly. "Here I am professing my love to you and you laugh at me."

"How can I not laugh? What you said was very corny!" I said, still laughing at him.

"Corny am I? Let's see about that." He unchained me from the bed and lifted me into his arms.

"WHAT THE HELL?" I exclaimed, flailing helplessly in his arms."PUT ME DOWN, RIGHT NOW!!"

He just smiled at me and walked out of the room with me in his arms. I was trying to get myself down, but at the back of my mind  I can't help but admire his strenght. He carried me like I weighted no more than a child.

"Hey! Where are you taking me?" I asked when we headed to the sliding-door that opened to the fabulous garden.

"Dinner."

"Dinner? In the garden?" I sliding-door was open and the white curtain was swaying with the wind. I could see colorful lights shine through the filmy curtain.

He kissed my forehead and smiled divinely at me when I turned to face him. His smile was like a one-two punch combo that struck my heart. I hastily turned my gaze away from him.

He stepped though the open doorway and I was shocked to see the whole garden. There were colorful lanterns lying on the ground, surrounding the small pavilion. The pathway to he pavilion was also lined with colorful lanterns, and the path itself was strewn with blue rose petals. The pavilion itself was beautifully set up. A crystal chandelier (Which was definitely not there the last time she was in the pavilion), basked the pavilion in its warm, gentle light.   A vase full of beautiful, blue-colored roses sat on the center of the pavilion's ornate table. There were covered silver trays and platters, and a bottle of Pinot Noir.

"Oh my god" I muttered, flabbergasted.

He crossed the path towards the pavilion. I was shocked, still trying to process everything. When we reached the pavilion, he carefully deposited me into the chair. He then opened the covered trays one by one. My mouth watered when I saw what he had prepared.  There was Filet Mignon with Mushroom-Wine sauce, Rosemary Shrimp Scampi Skewers, and  Bittersweet Chocolate Pudding with Raspberries. He popped open the wine and skillfully filled their glasses.

I sat, staring openly at his face. He looked so boyishly handsome and perfect that all the bad things I though about him seemed to fly away from my head. This is bad. Really, really bad. I know I was slowly falling for him. But, really, can anyone fault me for it? This guy is ridiculously sweet.

He sat in the chair facing me. "Like it, darling?" He asked.

"I-- I love it." I answered honestly. The set-up was something out of a fairy tale or a romance novel.

He smiled again. "I'm glad you do."

"Why?"

" 'Why' what?" He asked, a small knot forming between his brows.

"Why did you do all this?"

"Aaahh! You see, it struck me this morning that we've never had a date." He said sheepishly.

"So, this is a date?" I asked incredulously. " We're together almost 24hrs a day. Why do we need to date?"

"Well, I thought that it was imperative that I woo my bride. Besides, isn't it a must for every couple to go on dates?"

"Well, yes. But.." I answered.

"But?"

"But, we're not a couple." I said.

He smiled and then directed a smoldering look at me. "Only because you're so stubborn and won't accept it. Yet."

I narrowed my eyes at him. " Well, sorry for finding it ridiculously hard to accept being a couple with a guy who practically kidnapped me."

He laughed uproariously. "I see. Wooing you will take a long time! I expect nothing less from my fiery darling!"

I glared at him and turned away, pouting. "laugh all you like, you arrogant ass!"

He took my right hand across the table and kissed it. "Darling, you can resist all you want. Your stubbornness will get you nowhere. I make you mine in good time and you will accept it. You will accept US."

He looked at me with such powerful intensity that I was not able to retort. He released my hand and proceeded to serve me food. I was so churned-up inside that I didn't know what to do or say. I just quietly stared at him. He angers me and yet I can't help but fancy him.

"You know, you should stop looking at me like that. I might just clear this table and feast on you instead." He said smiling like a wolf looking at its prey. "You look like you'd like me to kiss you!"

I blushed wildly and my heart thudded loudly in my chest. Oh my,  I'm in trouble...
