People in our town think my brother is my father sometimes

Because how much they look alike

I and my brother don't really look like our mom because we both got our ginger hair from our father side

I got my mother's freckles and green eyes

And my brother did get the freckles like my mom has, but he got my....................... father eyes

Brown eyes he got

He hates the way he looks because how much he looks like our father and it does bring back some old and painful memories.

.............................. but....................................

Everything's in the past and the past can't hurt us anymore

Sometimes it can still hurt..............
