I sat up in my bed. I waited till I could see straight then I put my glasses on and changed into y/f/o (your favorite outfit). I walked down stairs and ate an apple mom was already awake the phone started ringing "I got it." I answered it was Eddie
"Hey could you come to my house I need to talk to you."
"Ok I'll be there." I hung up
"Mom I'm gonna go to Ed's I'll be back." I hopped on my bike and rode to Eddies I tossed a rock an it hit his window he opened it and I climbed into his room "what it is you need to talk to me about." I sat there Eddie was my closest friend I've EVER had we always talked about anything going on
"Well to be honest I don't NEED to talk to you about anything I just wanted to talk." I nodded and we were just talking when he brought up the question "how's having Rich as a brother?" I shrugged
"He's surprisingly a really good brother. I already feel at home here and it's all thanks to him." Eddie looked a bit surprised
"Wow knowing Richiefor as long as I have I thought he'd be an okay brother not a great brother." I laughed
"He really seems to care like I've been his sister my whole life."
"Well you have."
"Not like that but where I was born into the family and were just... really close." I sighed
"Well it time to head to the quarry"
"Well I'll ride with you." I crawled out his window he walked out the front door and we started going to the quarry.
We got there Stan and Bill were already there Richie walked up to me and said
"That's where you went. I had no idea where you went you went to Eddies" he said nudging me I rolled my eyes
"Were just friends. God Richie you know this."
"SURE JUST friends." I rolled my eyes and they started stripping into there undergarments I did the same and I saw them staring at me and became very self conscious. Richie wasn't he was telling them NOT to stare which surprised them. "Who's going first?"
"I will." I turned to see bev strip down and jump off the edge
"DID WE JUST GET SHOWN UP BY A GIRL?!" Richie said
"Make that two." I said running and jumping off the edge they all jumped off and we were splashing each other we went into a round of chicken fighting. I got on Eddies shoulders and I was trying to shove Stan off bens. I heard Eddie and Ben laughing as they made us collide my face went bright red I might have a SlIGhT crush on Stan, ok not a slight crush. I smacked Eddie he was still laughing he didn't know about me liking Stan but I'm planning on telling him. I eventually got shoved over by a falling stan I was laughing so hard I started coughing when I hit the water and I heard Eddie frantically saying "HOLY SHIT Y/N ARE YOU OK!!" It made me laugh harder and cough more violently Eddie was scared I was dying and Stan just stared at me the look of sorry all over his face I finally stopped coughing and like nothing ever happened I said "I'm ok."
"I'm so sorry y/n I didn't mean to cause you to choke." Stan said
"Oh it fine. I mean, did I die?"
"YOU ALMOST DIED!" Eddie was screaming at me I hugged him
"Goodness gracious ed calm down." I looked at Stan and saw he had the look of jealousy in his eyes when I hugged Eddie that made me flutter is he jealous I hugged Eddie does he like me! Eddie clearly noticed it to and nudged me I nudged back harder. We all got out me and bev laid on our backs sun tanning I felt eyes on me two pairs I whispered to bev "there looking at us we should look at them on 3" she nodded and we counted "1..2..3" we looked at them and they looked away Eddie and Stan were staring at me Richie started looking through bens stuff and we decided to go to his house and look at more stuff on missing children.
