Morning crept up and I awoke in my bed, still dressed in my clothes from the night before. I had a terrible headache which I would blame on the amount of alcohol I ended up consuming.

I made my way into my living room to find Zoe asleep on the couch. I didn't want a grumpy Zoe to deal with so I left her to sleep and quietly walked to the kitchen sink for some water.

Hours had passed and Zoe was now awake and in less of a mood than I had prepared for which was great. We were in my car driving down her road towards her flat which she shared with our two friends Jane and Allie.

The three were constantly asking me to join them in the joys of flatting together but I would always turn them down, I preferred living alone in my small one bedroom place. It was just more simple for me.  They never gave up asking me though.

"You wouldn't have to drive me home if you lived here with us" Zoe trying her luck as always, "it'd be a lot safer too, living alone could make you seem like an easy target to a crazy killer." She watches too many crime shows to be healthy.
"You're my friends and I love spending time with you all but I like living on my own, you know this." Her faced dropped slightly as I said this but she quickly regained her smile and said a quick goodbye as she got out my car. Before she closed the door I yelled a quick, "bye, tell the others I'll see them soon." She nodded and closed the car door and I watched as she walked into the flat.

Before going home I drove to the local coffee shop to get a well needed coffee. It was warm inside the shop and busy, every table inside was taken and there was a line for ordering. It was normal for a Sunday.

I waited for a while before getting to finally order my usual hazelnut latte. It was going to be an even longer wait for my order to be ready, but I was prepared to wait.

I felt as though someone was watching me while I waited. Me being the self conscious person that I am, I got very uncomfortable as my eyes glided through the people looking for who ever may been looking at me. My eyes landed on a tall man with black hair and bright blue eyes that were staring right back at me. He was the same man from the club last night, but this time I could see him more clearly. He was very good looking and wore all black, black jeans and a black denim vest, one of his arms were covered in tattoos and there were a few in the other arm as well.

Once I had my coffee I got out of the shop as fast as I could without spilling my warm beverage. Something about that man made my skin crawl, yet he also made me want to find out his story.

Once home I made sure to lock the door, just to be safe in case that man was following me. I hoped it was just a coincidence that I saw him again today, but the way he watched me made me think that he was following me, but why?

I hope its going good
