So, it comes down to this. I didn't want to disturb Optimus in being a judge so I'm letting this up to everyone. To vote to see if if the criminal is guilty or not. That is unless a prime decides anyway.

That is unless her cybertronain lawyer steps up to respond to this anyway.

So.

StarBright, better known as Star.

Has committed a crime on December 6th.

She is accused of first degree murder. Most say the weapon of choice could have been a knife. She claims the victim was a break in. She also claims she has security footage

I call that a load of slag. I'll explain why.

They were panicked. But everyone knows that if you shoot a bot out of self defense then you'll never be arrested.

And they've pointed out before they they know their rights. So surely they must've known Star wouldn't have been arrested if it was a break in. Yet they panicked. Star hid herself from the cops as if she had done something wrong.

How are we to know that they didn't forge the security video? How are we to know that a decepticon like Soundwave didn't use his skills to make a murder scene seem like an act of self defense?

This isn't about my personal vendettas against her and TailGrater, nor her being guilty of making FireRage violent again.

It's that fact that she's proved that she's mentally unstable, like Whirl. Everyone has known what Whirl is and what he is capable of. She begged she wasn't herself that it wasn't her fault. But it was the fault of her "insane" side.

She's an autobot but how can we trust her? Hardly anyone trusts Whirl, and we as to put him in chains, not even locked up was he trusted. How are we to trust another Whirl? She also confides in Soundwave. A decepticon skilled enough to hack into our systems and change one coding to another.

I've down the research on inner demons, or, other sides of a bot. They have many ways of showing themselves. FireRage and Cybertail, they have their green optics. Star? She has nothing.

No horns, glowing optics or anything to prove she wasn't herself that day. And that's because these demons don't exist.

They're created by the host's mind, made from their deepest, darkest secrets and desires. They make themselves haunted, possessed, and out of control. It's like a bot with two sides. The happier side shows, because the bot wants to be liked and loved. And the other side contains all the dark thoughts and fantasies. Things that would be considered abnormal if shared. That's the inner demons.

Demons such as FireRage's. It doesn't exist, he built the evil. He's shown me that he engineered his evil side because he never had the courage to show it on his own. He created the evil FireRage.

Cybertail too, everyone knows what he's done so there no point in saying it. But he created his own demon, he created a scapegoat. Something he can blame his wrong doings on. Something he can blame his strange desires on.

Rung gave me more of an insight. He's told me he's dealt with people coming into his office claiming they're being followed or haunted. In reality it's nothing but in your processor. The host created an entity to blame everything on. Something you think is real.

Star has done the same. She was so scared of going to jail she would blame what happened in anyone. So, the easier way out seemed the "inner demons"

But I will admit one thing, everyone panics, if a bot broke into your housing unit you'd fire at them too. But you would know it is in your right to use self defense.

Star didn't anyone it had been a break in.

As the head chief officer and detective I have gathered clues from bots who spy for me to my many security cameras. Each one always capturing Star admitting to murder, but never telling even her closest friend that it was a break in. She simply admitted to murder.

I rest my case. So unless a lawyer for Star appears. She's headed to prison. Also I'm posting this now because it gives time for Star to find a lawyer before I get back to take her to prison.
