Season 2 episode 7: Gorilla Warfare
(Y/n) POV

After the fight with Zoom, Barry was let immobilized from his waist, below. Currently Joe and I were helping Barry walk but he was using a cane, it seemed as he was worried or slowly giving because of the aura around him.

"Alright, We got you," Joe spoke holding onto Barry's right arm, while I was holding his right.
Barry just hummed in response, then gave me the cane before trying to walk on his own. I stood beside Iris and watched as Barry took the first step,
"I can't do it right now, all right?" Barry exclaimed as he fell on his first steps.
"Yes you can Barry, you just have to keep going." I encouraged Barry, Iris nodding to my words and hooking her left arm around my right.
"No,no,no" had been Barry's response towards my words.
"We've been making so much progress." Joe reasoned.
"Yep, six whole steps. Someone get me a Bozo button." Barry spoke in a sarcastic manner, sitting on a wheelchair.
Cisco laughed slightly," Hey, give yourself some credit. You just broke your back."
Iris and I agreed to Cisco's words," Yeah, a normal person would've been paralyzed the rest of his life." Iris said.
"How long until I'm fully healed?" Barry asked waiting for our response.
"The initial MRI I took a week ago showed a complete dislocation at the T12-L1 interspace of the thoracolumbar junction,"  Caitlyn responded," But this is the MRI Caitlyn took this morning. It's remarkable, but your almost completely healed." I finished her sentence.
"I'm still have trouble breathing." Barry complained slightly.
"That's totally normal with a spinal injury," Caitlyn responded, "It should clear up soon."
Barry stared at his suit, almost looking defeated but determined. 
"We're going to get you back in that suit, Barry." Joe promised to Barry," Real quick, trust me."
"What are we gonna do about Zoom?" Barry asked.
"There has been no sign of him since Cisco shot him with a tranquilizer dart. I also haven't had slight visions either." I responded, "And I haven't vibes since then" was Cisco's response.
"Maybe Zoom's not coming back." Iris mentioned.
"I highly doubt that." Harry input as he entered form  the doorway of the lab," Which is why I'm going to do something about it."
"What do you mean, go do something about it?" I questioned along with Caitlyn.
"I need access to your breach room and your speed cannon." Harry dodged my question.
"Why is that?" Barry questioned him.
"Because, Barry. It's time to go home." Was Harry's response.

-Timeskip after arguing with Harry and with Caitlyn-

We kept helping Barry walk, but we found out Caitlyn was controlled by a Gorilla named Grodd.
"I'm continually amazed by the similarity between our two worlds." Harry spoke as he watched Cisco search through his computer.
"You got talking gorillas on your Earth,too?" Questioned Joe.
"Oh, yeah." Harry responded.
"Remind me never to go there" Joe said. I giggled slightly before focusing again on finding Caitlyn beside Cisco.
"Ramon, why would this Grodd abduct Miss Caitlyn?" I asked with Harry nodding at my words.
"I don't know. It doesn't make sense," Cisco responded," she was always so nice to him."
"He mind-controlled two lab technicians to steal chemicals that enhance intelligence," Joe inspired," He wants her for something."
"Well he looks like he left his bachelor pad in the sewers," Cisco pointed out.
"Grodds a big-(Y/n) gave a slight pointed look- Gorilla," Joe tried to reason," He can't just waltz through downtown in the middle of the day without anybody noticing."
"Right ,and if there's been sightings, then we might be able to approximate his location." Harry agreed.
" I can call CCPD" Joe suggested," they can access the top hotline, send over files of Grodd's recent attacks."
"Good," Cisco nodded standing up from his position, and telling me to take a slight rest,"We gotta get her back."
"We will." I encouraged, I looked towards Barry who looked distracted before calling his name u til he responded when I slightly shouted his name.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"You can't blame yourself for this," Joe told him,"There's nothing you could've done."
"I still don't have my speed," Barry argued slightly," How are we supposed to save her form Grodd?"
"You may not be able to use your legs yet, but we still have other choices to choose from like our minds or abilities." I spoke softly.
"Yeah, use that brain of yours and help us figure it out." Joe responded.
Barry sighed before wheeling towards a screen showing a map of the city. I put a reassuring hand on his shoulder, in which he put his hand over min and giving me a beautiful but sad smile. Barry looked back,
"Where are you?" Barry asked silently.
