KIT

After our rendezvous for the last two days, Ming made sure that I got home safely. And since I haven't brought any car of my own, he was able to drive me home. I cannot understand why I even allowed him to do so. I want to slap myself mentally because we just met 2 nights before and in a weird way to add, and then, I allow him to waltz around, what the f was I thinking?

My thoughts are interrupted when I He realized that we have arrived in our destination.

"Thanks for bringing me home Ming," I muttered shyly as I got off his SUV.

"Won't you invite me for tea, Kitkat?" He teased me. This guy really had a lot of nerves. Well, I don't want to be rude but he took care of me, so I casually invited him to my humble abode.

"What kind of tea would you like to have? Green? Matcha? Four Seasons? Earl Grey or ... Peppermint," I say as the last one felt like a lump on my throat.

"I'll have the Peppermint Tea, Kitkat," Ming gave me his wide smile as he followed me to the kitchen. I immediately shooed him out and told him that he should wait at the living room.

"They are really similar," I sighed as I slap myself, while repeating in my head that they are two different people. But what if... "Shiya," I cursed loudly. Kim cannot be alive, I saw his body that was covered by blanket in the morgue.

You did not even remove the cover... Are you sure that it is him? You did not even attend his funeral...

Fuck! Stop it!

After finishing with my antics, I poured tea on two cups as I grabbed two cheesecakes from my fridge. A strawberry for me, and a kitkat for him. "Kitkat is my favorite chocolate." I remembered as I cannot help the smile that escaped my lips. What the heck. Am I a teenager in love?

As I walked in my living room, I cannot help but notice that it was quiet... way too quiet... based on my observation on Ming, it was quite out of character of him to be this quiet. I gently placed the tray on the top of the coffee table as I saw Ming getting occupied by the pictures of Kim and I on the living room. I completely forgot about it.

"I really look like him, Kit... No wonder you thought that I was him," Ming frowned sadly at that thought.

"I'm sorry," I muttered a humble apology as I try to find the right words to make him feel better.

"Were you worried that I would feel about it," he smiled as he took my hand and entwined it with his. I was surprised with his actions.

"L-let m-me g-go," I yanked my hand away from his but he placed his right hand on top of mine. Suddenly, Ming brought his face too close to mine that my heart start beating rapidly. It felt like he was going to kiss me. I mentally cursed myself for being an overly expecting person-... my thoughts are cut when I felt his soft lips against mine.

It was not a passionate kiss, it was not a kiss full of hunger... but a kiss full of gentleness.

"Kitkat..." Ming whispered my name so sweet that it made my heart beat.

"Y-yes?" I stuttered as I opened my eyes, looking at his hazel orbs gives me a lot of emotions that I don't want to give away.

"I want to court you... Will you allow me to do so?" Ming asked in his cute puppy face.

"What will you do if I say no?" I asked him innocently, avoiding his piercing gaze.

"I will still court you," he replied with a grin on his face.

"Just as what I have predicted. Do whatever you want," I sighed at my defeat. It has been two years already and maybe...

"R-really? R-really? R-really?" Ming asked me, disbelieving the response that he got from me. Seriously, he's like a kid when he acts like that.

I chuckled at his antics and replied, "Of course not, I was kidding," I replied sarcastically. He looked at me like a puppy that was kicked in his face. He can be cute at times and that make me want to tease him.

"Aw. You got my hopes up. Such an evil person," he pouted as he grabbed the peppermint tea and ate the Kitkat cheesecake in silence.

"I never thought that you can be this cute," I said as I drank the peppermint tea that I was holding.

Wait... What did I say?! I blushed furiously as I saw Ming smirking in front of me. My goodness, can he stop that childish grin of his!

"I never thought that you found me in that manner, Kitkat... how endearing," he teased me as he continued to lick his lips in a seductive manner. "This kitkat cheesecake takes good... but I know a kitkat who tastes better."

I blushed at his innuendo as I was reminded of our night of endless passion. "Stupid brat, hurry up and go home," I cursed under my breath.

"No need to worry Kitkat. Even if I stay here with you until midnight, I'd be home in a minute or two," he smiled.

"What do you mean?" I asked flabbergastedly.

"Hello, dearest neighbor," Ming smiled at me.

"What?!" I was shocked at the sudden knowledge. How can it be possible that I have him as my neighbor?

"Can I borrow your phone?" His grin was not yet lifted off his face. And since I absentmindedly handed my phone because of my thoughts, he was able to get my number. Shiya. I will just change my number. (A/N: We know you won't, so don't us Kitty.)

"I guess I'll see you around Kitkat. Good night," he smiled as he pecked on my lips again. I was left dumbfounded as I was touching my lips because it felt like it was engulfed in flames.

From that moment on, I knew...

Kittinan Intochar, you are royally screwed.
