Chapter 16 'Replaced?'

*Haileys' POV (Still)*

"Jake?" i asked

"I'm so, sorry i heard what happened and i just came to apollo-" he started.. he was in his pj's but it was cute

i cut him of,"Thank You" i said attacking him in a hug, he was confused and shocked and then hugged back...... it was like midnight an i told him to stay over, i left a note on my parents bed so when they woke up they would know and not think there was a complete stranger in the house or something. We watched movies and stayed up so late cuddling, i didn't even really think of Hayes onnce.. ok well maybe a few times but only a few, its like Jake used this charm to replace Hayes or something idek...

I fell asleep and woke p w/ my mom in the kitchen....... Jake was still asleep and his arm was around me.... "Good Morning Mom" i said

"Morning ummm whos this Jake kid?" she asked annoyed

"Im sorry it sjust Hayes kissed a girl and we weren't dating but idk its confusing and i ran home then jake came and surprised me at like midnight so i offered him to stauy over and im realy really sor-" i said but she cut me off

"Watever just dont let it happen again and warn me first, ik you put a note but unless its a grier i dont feel comfortable bc i dont really know much ppl here exept Elizabeth." she said

I nodded and turned around to see Jakes eyes open... "Um i guess thats my que to leave." he said

"No wait." i said and he walked towards the door. He turned around, "sorry" he saId and kissed my cheek sweetly....I smiled and got butterflies

"MOM HOW COULD YOU" i said

"Lower your voice and im sorry but you dont seem to understand that he is a complete stranger to me but I do admit that was kinda rude of me." "Watever"i mumbeled, then grabbed a Pancake and ran up stairs

I checked my phone

Jake :): hi sorry i just left... how about i make it up to u... starbucks at 11:00 a.m?

i replied 'Dont worrry about it, sure xox'

Then y sister walked in, "hey im going to the griers in about half an hour.. wanna come w/?" she asked

"NO!" i responded w/out hesitation

"Whats wrong." she asked

i told her the story, "that b***h" she mumbled

i chuckled "well see you at dinner i guess" i said 

She hugged me and left

*Hayes' POV*

*FLASHBACK DURING PARTY*

I went off to Jordan, well she came o me we chatted and she seemed kinda jealous of Hailey, i ignored it until boom she kissed me..... i was shocked and tried pulling away then i remembered Hailey and Jake flirting and w/ that i became an idiot and kissed back.... we were kinda making out and then i heard a, "HAYES BENJAMINE GRIER!" coming from a beautiful voice.. Hailey

i urned towards the voice and she had tears in her eyes. we made eye contact and then she ran away.. i whiped the lipgloss of my lips forom jordan (Yes watcha know bout me) and then i attempted running towards her, but jordan held me by the collar, "where ya going" she asked putting her forehead n mine. i pushed her away and ran but i saw Ally her sweet friend talking to her and i decided I should leave her alone todnight... she wuld never let me talk... i went home and took a shower then it hit me..... picnic at noon tomorrow i would surprise her in the backyard.. yes 

before i went to bed i opened my balcony (which was infrnt of Hailey's) and took a deep breath.. i then saw Haileys lights on and i squinted my eyes (wow she should really put those curtains down bc i could easly see her) and i sawher and Jake cuddling watching something... i awas pissed and couldn't sleep... guess this picnic just has to be twice as good
