Chapter 10: The problem now

~Veronica P.O.V~

The morning was terrible first I got tortured but alpha Jack.  And my mom are mates should I accept him lucky.

"Maybe you should give him a chance believe it or not he did lose his mate day and she found her true mate so did he." lucky said.

Your right I think we should pay him a visit but what about my mate Jack. And Erin dont even like each other it's not fair I need to know what really happened.

I told my mate Erin that I am gonna go to my pack real quick to get my things.

"Veronica I don't want you to go it's not safe." my mate Erin said.

He said please be safe.

I will first I have to tell my Mom to stay her for a bit.

I walk to the guest room.

And mom isn't there where on earth did she go now.

I go downstairs she is down there making delicious food that smells really good.

I dont have time to eat I gotta see Jack now before he hurts himself.

I tell my mom I will be back gonna go for a walk not really its gonna take like 4 hours.

Right now would be the time to go I give Erin One more kiss before I leave.

I left and ran straight to the woods I started to run really fast. And I dont really get tired that much I have vampire in me so I can run so fast and not get tired that easy.

Once I got to the pack house I ran straight into the office to see if he is in there.

He's lying on the floor passed out.

I shake him until he has a confused look on his face

Veronica is that you?

yes it is

I didn't recognize you there for a second I wish your mom would come back it kills that she doesn't want me at all.

Jack why would you hurt yourself.

Cause you mom didn't come home and my wolf ready misses her.

Jack why dont you ask my mom to be your mate then I would love you accept you as my dad. My real dad I just wonna kill him but not you.

"Veronica can I show you the mate ring."

Yeah sure jack.

He pulls out the ring its beautiful it had white gold with a blue diamonds around  it.

I will go back to the land. And tell her myself that you wonna meet her. And its really important but first its getting dark out I need to rest.

I walk to my house and up to my stairs go to my room grab some clothes cause I wonna take just a quick shower after I was done I fell right on my bed passed out.
