A/N : Chapter is dedicated to areyouserious1234! :D

The chapter is progressing slowly since I didn't want readers to think 'Oh, that escalated quickly' so please bear with the flow of the story! :)

"So…" Harry began. "…your friends seem nice."

"Yeah."

"They're very welcoming."

"Yeah."

"So friendly."

"Yeah."

"Especially Daniel…"

"Ye—Huh?" I turned around immediately. "Did you find Daniel… interesting?" I blinked quickly, at least three times.

"Dafq? No!" He literally screamed and backed away. "I just noticed how both of you seemed uncomfortable together."

"Oh."

"So… why?"

"You can be such a girl sometimes, Harry." I turned back and continued walking back home but answered him nonetheless, "It's nothing. We used to date, that's all."

"And…?"

"You know what, I'm starting to think you're a girl in disguise. You surprisingly like to gossip."

"Pfft. I'm too handsome to be a girl."

"Keep telling yourself that, Harriet."

"Ugh. Couldn't you pick a better name?"

"Why? I think it's perfect. Especially with your goldilocks hair." I looked at him.

"Yeah, I should probably go to Sherlock Combs for a haircut soon." He joked.

...

*chirp chirp*

I just looked at him and then…laughed. I honestly couldn’t stop it. You know those people whose laugh is actually funnier than the joke itself? Well, apparently my friends say I'm one of those people.

Which I confirmed, when I saw Harry laughing along with me and his bad pun.

"That was so bad," I said as I tried to contain my laughter. "Please tell me you won't say anymore of those."

"How about British Hairways?"

"Please stop,'' as I covered my mouth in an attempt to control my laughter.

"Hey, I'm funny." He tried to look offended.

"Yeah, I'm sure you are," I rolled my eyes in amusement.

We laughed for quite a while when he suddenly said, "You should laugh some more, you look different when you laugh."

"Good different, or bad different?" I teased

"Bad different."

I smacked his arm.

"Ow! I'm just kidding," he chuckled while rubbing his arm, "Definitely good different."

"Well, you're not bad yourself Harry Styles." I told him, "At first, I thought you'd be one of those grumpy old trolls. But nah. You're sort of fun to be with."

"Thanks. I'll ignore the troll comment though." He said and chuckled. "Well, how bout you anyway? You're best friends  with Alyssa. She likes to party, while you think the library is fun. How does that work?"
