Millie POV
I can't believe it! I was in a changing room without a shirt on, and this guy comes in not even bothering to knock!
Is this what Canada is like?!
Gosh!

But I'm not gonna lie, he was pretty cute....
Millie! You can't think like that! You only saw him for approximately 1.5 seconds!
Snap out of it!

I changed back into my old clothes and went to the checkout to pay for that shirt and a couple other things I liked.
I was heading towards the exit when THE boy stopped me.

"Hey, I'm really sorry for what happened earlier, it was an accident"
He had dark curly hair and the perfect cheekbones, What's not to love?

"Anyway this is Sadie, my friend"
The girl had the prettiest hair I've ever seen. It was red and freckles were covering her face. I couldn't help but notice how pretty she was... They were defiantly a couple, although he did say they were friends...

"Nice to meet you, I'm Sadie!" She held out her hand with enthusiasm.

"I'm Millie" I said shaking her hand

"And this is Finn" Sadie added

"Are you British?!"
" Is there a problem with that?"
"No, sorry it came out wrong... I        me-mean  I love your accent"
"Well thank you" I said
"We were thinking... Would you maybe want to get Starbucks with us?"
"Yeah sure, I just moved here, so I don't have any friends, it would be very nice of you"
"Yeah we'll tell you all about it"
We all laughed while going to Starbucks, I actually liked these two, they seemed to be very friendly. Little did I know...

Finn POV
"Hello, what would you like order?" Said the waitress
"I would like a strawberry Frappuccino, please" Sadie said
"Could I please get a caramel Frappuccino?" Millie asked
"What about you?" The waitress asked me
"I'll have what she's having" I pointed at Millie.
The waitress smiled and walked away. She was maybe two years older than us but not more.

"Do you know which school you're gonna go to?" I asked Millie
"Ummm... I think it's called ''Hopper's secondary school' but I'm not sure"
"Oh my god, we go there as well!!" I exclaimed "We could pick you up for the first day if you want?"
"That would be great!" Millie really seemed to be happy "oh and my address is 353 Byers street"

"Are you serious?!?" Sadie screamed happily, I couldn't believe it!
"There is no way!"
"What is it?" Asked Millie confused

Then Sadie turned to me
"I knew we were gonna have a new neighbor, but what are the chances?!"
"I know right?!" I was as happy as Sadie or even a bit more...
"Seriously guys, what is it?" Millie was a bit annoyed by now

"Well," I stared "my address is 354 Byers street and Sadie's is 352!!"

"Oh my gosh! That's amazing!" Millie was beyond excited.

We then talked and talked, we also told Millie about Caleb, Gaten and Noah. She was really looking forward to meeting them, the time flew by and before we knew it, it was 11:30pm.

Millie looked down at her phone
"Oh shit, my parents are gonna kill me, I was supposed to be back by 9...."
"Don't worry we can drive you" I offered
" Thank you but no, you see I came here by car"
"Oh ok"

"Finn, Caleb's calling me we were supposed to pick them up hours ago"
"We gotta go, Millie, see you tomorrow, I hope" I said while slipping a piece of paper with my number on it into her hand. She smiled when she felt the paper.

"See ya!" Millie exclaimed while walking out of the coffee shop.
The second she was gone Sadie got closer to me and whispered in my ear "You like her, don't you?"
"What?! No!" I tried to deny it but the color of my face was saying otherwise.

"Finn and Millie sitting in a tr-." I covered Sadie's mouth before she could finish it
"Shut it!"
"Don't even try to deny it Finnlard, but don't worry I'll help you" I was annoyed and kind of grateful at the same time....

Millie POV
I quietly opened the door, and started to take off my shoes, when my mum turned the light on
"Where have you been, young lady? You were supposed to be back 2,5 hours ago"
"I'm sorry, the time flew by so fast...
But I made two friends! They live next door, Finn and Sadie they are so nice! And they offered to take me to school on Monday!"
"Well I'm really happy to hear that" she wasn't even mad anymore "You see, I told you it wasn't gonna be that bad here"

"It's still worse than London" I said
"Well, things can change, people change too honey" my mum said grinning, little did I know, what would come next...
