woo did he just ask me to be his girlfriend while sitting in the back of his truck. "uhh yes definetly i mean yes " i said a little breathless. "great im soo happy".
Seven months Later
As I sat at the lunch seat next to him i couldnt help but remember that night. It was the most amazing night of my life. "babe did you hear me" john asked. "huh" i forgot to listen sometimes. "i said do you need a ride home cuz i have practice tonight so it will be awhile before I can ride you home." he said. "oh no its fine i have two legs i know how to walk" i laughed. "ok but i'll have my cell phone in case you need to call me for an emergency." he said. "aww scaredd im gunna get hurt" i teased. "yes i am your the most important thing in my life and i cant risk you getting hurt or worse" he said in front off all his friends. All i could do was smile that was my John.
After lunch we preatty much buzzed through all the classes. I was excited to get home the soccer game was going to be on!
The final bell rang and we walked to our lockers and threw our stuff in. I ran out to meet John and say our goodbyes then start walking home.
"Hey babe so are you sure you'r ok to walk home" he said. wow he really was worried
"Yes im fine im a big girl" i said.
"cuz i can get someone to give you a ride" he implied
"Oh no im fine really John go practice hard i love you" i said and kissed him on the cheek.
"Oh crap i forgot my keys in my soccer bag" i said actually really mad.
"Can you wait to get them" he asked.
"No i need them ill just run back in and get them no ones in there anyway i need some quite time" i joked.
after we said our goodbyes I headed into the school towards my locker. I was rumaging through when i heard someone come through the door. I didnt bother to look up i figured it was a castodian or a teacher. Besides I had found my keys. I slammed my locker and turned to walk down the hallway when i came face to face with Kevin. He was on Johns football team so i was suprised to see him hear. "hey kevin whats uP" i said politly. I knew Kevin liked me so i didnt want to stay to long."nuthen really just came to find you" he smiled a weird perverted smile. Something inside me told me to run that this guy was nothing but trouble but i stayed because i didnt want to be mean. "Why were you looking for me is John ok: i asked worried. "Oh yea Johns fine but you'r not gunna be when im done with you". once i registered what he said i tryed to turn around and run but he already had me slung over his shoulder and was walking towards the closet. I kicked as hard as i could but he didnt budge he just laughed. I screamed and screamed but no one was around. He finally got me into the closet. After he was done he left the closet and walked right out of the doors. This cant be happening. I just got r*ped by my boyfriends friend. I didnt want to tell John about this so i just walked home bawling my eyes out.
The next morning i woke up and took a shower. kevin had hit me a few times to make me shut up and unfortunetly i had a huge cut on my stomach from me strugaling. I dresses to cover up the bruises and headed off to the school bus. I hadnt said a word to anyone but i dont know what Kevin told people. I hoped nothing. I was terrified all the way to the bus stop anyone who would touch me i would jump. I just kept replaying the scene in my head me crying and screeming for John to come help.
when i got to school i tryed to act normal but i think everyone read me like a book because every one was giving me a concerned look.
"Hey Jewlie can i talk to you" john said walking up to me he looked pissed. I just nodded i had no intentions of talking.
We went to the bleachers, it was just me and him.
"Word got around about what happend yesterday during football" he said all i could do was get wide eyed
"Are you going to defend yourself or does it not matter to you, i can not belive you did him". he had this all wrong
"John it's not true i mean we did but not because i wanted to he forced himself on m." i whispered
"He said you would say that, but it all adds up jewlie you not wanting a ride and forgeting your key and him bein sick from practice, look i think its best if we dont date anymore obviusly you arnt who i thought you were and i cant be with someone like that." he said and as he turned away a tear fell from his eye.
"he is lying john and you beliveing him hurts, i need you now more than ever and you walking away". i cried
he hestitated for a moment but then kept on walking. This was horrible my life was soo messed up. I walked to class with my head down. everyone was pointing and gigling. If only they knew the truth.
My whole day went like that they just laughed and pointed. At the end of the day i grabbed my stuff and headed for home walking. Joy!
"hey babe whats up!" kevin said smiling as he walked over to me. I flinched as he grabbed my arm roughly
"Im not you'r babe and im walking home." i said to afraid to look him in his eye. By this time everyone was already goe or leaving from school grounds.
"Dont talk to me like that your my girlfriend" he smirked.
"Im not your girlfriend you stupid creep" i shouted and turned to leave.
All at once he grabed my forearm twirled me around and slapped me rite in the face very hardly enough to leave a bruise. I looked around for help but everyone was gone.
"please leave me alone please" i begged
"Not a chance get in the car" he said practially throwing me in.
The ride home all he did was smirk get pissed and hit me. He made it very clear that iif I told anyone tanything different from what he was saying we would make me regret ever being alive. I was terrified for my life.
The next two weeks went the same just abuse after abuse. I never talked i was failing all my classes. I quite the soccer team. I was about to leave one day when i heard Kevin coming throught the halls.
"You stupid whore im going to kill you" he screamed. I knew i had to get out of there and quick. I ran threw the doors of the school and searched for a place to hide. I saw Johns truck and remembered i still had a key to his truck on there it was my only hope. I dashed towards the truck and got the key in. Once i opend the door i locked it and shut it behind me. The windows wernt tinted and i knew Kevin would find me if i just stayed there. I hid under a blanket in his back seat. It took me only a few seconds to relie this was the blanket we sat on on our first date. Gosh i missed him. I hoped he wouldnt be mad at me for using the key but im sure if i explained everything would be alright. I waited for what seemed like days but was actually 2 and a half hhours until i finnaly heard John open the side door i poped up.
"John hey dont be mad i just need your help if u co....." i stoped dead he had a girl with him.
"jesus jewlie what are you doing in my truck, what the hell." oh great he was mad.
I could have sworn things couldnt get worse but rightg then Kevin walked up.
"Hey jewlie iv been looken all over for you" and he looked realllly pissed.
I got out of the car. "John is this you'r girlfriend" i alsed hopefull the awnser would be no
"yes it is and u have intuded on a date." Johnn stated. He was acting weird as if he was putting together a puzzle in his head.
"Im sorry John ill just take her home" kevin said.
"Ok thats fine you take care Kevin" JOhn said with the same look on his face.
John and his stuopid girlfriend hoped into the car and took off but in the rear view mirror John looked into my eyes for just a mooment and i tryed to look like i was begging for hhis help, but he just looked puzzeld and drove off.
As soon as he was out of sight Kevin slamed me to the ground and punched me in my eye. I knew I would have a black eye in the morning. The tears running down my face wernt for the injurys though not tonight, tonight they were over John, again.
