A serious matter

Okay, I didn't want to write about this, but it's been going round the internet for three days now. I feel like I should address this, as I am very much pissed off about it.

Logan Paul; an internet celebrity with an unbelievable amount of followers, did something which is both stupid and downright wrong. On December 31st he uploaded a video of him and his friends walking through Aokigahara (The suicide forest) which was called "We found a dead body." And they did. The idiot had the nerve to walk up to the victim with his camera, poke around at it, and confirm it was a dead body. Now, uploading the video was disrespectful on it's own. To the victim and his family, the people of Japan, and basically the entire internet. You don't just show a body in a vlog, especially if most of your fanbase is of kids. Second, does he even know how to shut off the damn thing?! He should've ended the vlog as soon as he saw the body, not film it and claim it was to raise awareness. He shouldn't have uploaded it in the first place. And then he makes a self centered apology which basically says "Sorry for being awesome and having a large fanbase."

Depression and suicide is a serious matter and is nothing to joke about! If he wanted to help, he should've quit the recording and shown it to the police, not fucking YouTube. I'm surprised he hasn't been deleted yet, because quite frankly he deserves it. It's sick. And especially since he's been acting like a jackass during his entire visit to Tokyo.

What he did was horrible, full stop. No sugar coating, no pity, nothing. He has to get his bloody mind together. And to be honest, he needs to grab his vlogging camera and his gang and get the fuck out of Japan.

I'm sorry. But he disrespected everyone, and I cannot forgive him for a that. He's an idiot and a bad name to humanity.

I'm sorry if you guys are shocked about my outburst. I've just had enough of people throwing depression aside like it's a small thing.

Do me a favour, and do not even aim to become like Logan.

Thank you.
