Lost Memories (Taehyung x Jennie) [The Final Book]

The night have passed...
I woke up...
I'm still wearing the clothes I wore last night during our performance.

Jennie's sleeping tightly on her bed, seems like she got tired from the scenes last night.

I tucked the loose strands of hair that is covering her face behind her ear, then, I placed a soft kiss on her forehead before heading to the bathroom.

After bathing, I dressed myself with a sweat pants and a shirt.

Jennie's still sleeping.
I dried my hair with my towel, and brush it using Jennie's hair brush.

Then, I lied down beside her...
She's still not waking up...
It's fine, it is still dawn, though.

I held her hand...
Warm hand...

I looked at her closed eyes...

"You must be tired..."

While looking at her, I automatically smiled. After a while, I closed my eyes and as I closed my eyes...

My head didn't ache...
But I'm able to see memories that I have lost.

I just let the memories entered my mind...
Until it stopped...right on the part where I donated blood for Jennie as  she was shotted by Eun Woo with the gun.

I opened my eyes and looked at her...
She's still sleeeping...

While reminding myself of the scenes I saw just now and while looking at her...I feel pity...

"You've done many things for me already...
You have fought before your parents which is unecessary, cause, they are your parents...You have forgiven me many times as I made you cry many times as well...I cheated on you while courting you, but you have forgiven me...I almost cheated on you again on our engagement party, but you have forgiven me again...You're even willing to sacrifice your own life too..."

"I can't ease seeing you in tears again...
I promised to live with you, only with you until the end...but if the end will be coming for me now...then...I'm willing to sacrifice my life first...than burying you as you wish to die before me."

While having the thoughts...

I felt Jennie's hand gripped on mine...
She adjusted her position but haven't noticed me.

I caressed her cheeks...
And smiled while watching her sleep.

Not in a minutee, she moved again...
She held my hand which is caressing her cheeks...I unintentionally woke her up.

"Mmm."
          She hummed with a husky voice, still eyes are closed.

"Mianhe, you can sleep again."
           She didn't respond...
But after hlaf of the minute, she opened her eyes and looked at me.

She moved closer and hugged me before shrugging herself in my arms.

I hugged her and let her sleep on my arms, her head leaning on my chest.

I can smeel.her scent once again...
And it's dragging me to her even more.

I kissed her head...
And she tighten her hug on me.

"Tae..."
         With husky voice, she whispered.

"Mm?"
         I hummed asking what is it.

"Stay by my side."
          She answered.

"Protect yourself first...before protecting me. You won't be able to protect me if you'll get hurt."
         She added, still half asleep.

I looked at her...
I caressed her cheek again...

"I will."
        I answered and kissed her lips.

"But I can't promise to do that..."

I leaned her again on my chest and let her sleep...but she didn't, instead, she called me once again.

"Tae..."
         I looked at her...

"One more."
          She's asking for a kiss.

"Mwo?"
          But I pretended not to know.

"One more what?"
         I whispered.

"Kiss."
         She answered and I chuckled.

She opened her eyes and looked at me frowning.

"But it's fine if you don't want to."
          She's so cute.

I smiled and kissed her...
As she wished...

But before I knew it...
I'm kissing her deeply already.
Unintentionally, our tongues met and that made me hovered over her...for more.

She started caressing my neck and my jaw...

But in desire, I held her one hand up...

But as I remebered a thing...
The scenes last night...
I halted...
I stopped and looked at her.

She looked at me blank...

"Jennie..."
          I called her with weak voice and I can feel myself is being weak.

My body wants to give up and fell...

"Wae?"
        I haven't respond for seconds and that made her ask why, worriedly.

"You're making me..."
          Her brows furrowed as I continued...

"I shouldn't do it now...you're still tired. Have a rest first, and I'll make sure to give you pleasure tomorrow."
          I whispered and ahe just chuckled.

I hugged her and let her sleep in my arms again.

"The fact is...
I feel weak...
I feel dizzy...
Maybe, this is an aftershock of remembering some memories earlier."

I slept beside her...
She hugged me tight.
I kissed her forehead and say...

"Have a sweet dreams, my lady."
