Maybe They Had To Take Some Time - Part 1

*2 weeks later*

You and Harry were going strong. You two still aren't official as in boyfriend and girlfriend yet, but you were having a great time getting there. You still were taking things slow and it was extremely hard considering your past. You were now in the UK doing some promo for your new album. Harry had a week off from filming in LA, so he decided to come with you.

Tonight you two were going to dinner and meeting up with some friends after. You were a little nervous because you knew that his sister, Gemma, would be there. You weren't sure if she was going to like you or not, giving your previous situation with Harry and the fact that you two are together now. You just hoped that she would like you because you make Harry happy.

Even though you didn't want to, you and Harry agreed on you staying at a hotel while you're there. The memories of your past there and the fact you want to go slow might make something even harder. Harry had texted that he was on his way to get you. You were finishing up your makeup and giving yourself another glance over. Your stylist had just picked out this really cute outfit, it was low cut halter and some black jeans. You paired them with some red heels had your hair pulled back in braided bun with a few strands curled near your face.

Your phone getting a notification fills the silence in air. You see that Harry is outside the hotel waiting for you. Not only were you nervous about meeting Harry's sister, but this would also been the first time you two are being seen in public in a date setting. You were sure that before the night was over, rumors of you two being together are really going to start; especially after the whole airport arrival a few weeks ago.

You grab your clutch after making sure everything was inside and headed down to the lobby. You walk out of the door and make your way over to Harry's car. Luckily, there were no paps around at the moment. You quickly open the door, smiling at Harry as you climb into the passenger's seat.

"Hi!" You smile.

"Hey. You look amazing." He smiles.

"Thanks. It's new. " You smile.

"I would kiss you, but uh.. there's a lot of people around." He says.

"I know." You smile. "I'll wait.. " You smirk.

He laughs as you put your seatbelt on and drives off.

You get to the restaurant and they immediately take you back to a more intimate and private section. You two sit down in the little booth and the hostess hands you both a menu.

"Thank you." You both say.

You two ignore the menu at first, just wanting to enjoy the time that you have right now. It's been almost a whole day since you've seen each other. Since you two were seated in a very private and dimly lit section, Harry uses that to his advantage. He leans over and kisses you. You smile into the kiss, feeling butterflies all over again. That was something you always felt whenever you two shared a kiss.

"It's been ages since I've been able to do that." He smirks.

"You just saw me last night." You giggle.

"And that was ages ago." He says.

"I guess we better look at the menu so we know what we want when the waitress comes." You giggle.

"Fine.." He pouts.

You both decide on what you want and order when the waitress comes. You two just spend some time cuddled up together and chatting about different things. You notice during your conversations that Harry keeps moving around a bit. You look over at him confused.
