Thanks to jay's good reflexes he was able to grab evie's hand. as she jumped off
E:Jay let me go
Jay pulls her up and into a tight hug
J:evie i should have listened to you i didn't mean any of those things i said
He looks into evie's big sad eyes
And he kissed her
Evie blushed super hard
he pulled evie into another hug this time she didn't refuse she buried her face into jay's chest and they didn't wanna let go.
So evie stayed the night with jay
Jay didn't sleep he couldn't help staring at her,he looked at how peaceful and innocent she was and couldn't imagine someone harming her.
Jay pulled her into a gentle hug trying not to wake her and whispered
J:(whispers)Things are going to get better
And he kissed her forehead
A few hours later evie had another bad nightmare causing jay to get startled then comforts evie
Evie sobbed in jay's chest and evie wrapped his arms around her
E:(sobs)jay..
J:yes E?
E:don't let go
J: i won't i promise
And jay kept his promise until morning where she had to go to her dorm.
