Chapter 8

Hazel PoV

"First thing to do is start with one foot on the board" Jc said demonstrating what to do on his board.

"Ok" I said putting on foot on the board.

"Okay so this is what were are going to do. I'm going to hold your hand while you push with your other foot to get the board moving" said Jc waking over to me.

He grabbed my right hand and the other hand he put around my waist. I shivered by his touch. It was like electricity ran throughout my body. I just looked up and smiled at him.

"Are you ready?" Jc said giving me his Colgate smile.

"Yea" I said I pushed my left foot off and the board moved forward.

"Keep going! You are doing great!" said Jc

So I pushed of a couple more times and before I knew it I was at the other side of the roof. I actually did it and didn't fall on my face!

"Yea Hazel!" Shouted Jc and Kian

"You are a natural" yelled Sam

I jumped on the board and slowly skated back to Jc. When I got to him he stopped me and hugged me.

"I knew you could do it!" said Jc

"That because I had a good teacher." I said giving him a wink.

He laughed and put his arm around my waist as we went over to the picnic table. Andrea and Kian skated side by side and it was the cutest thing. Sam and Ariel were over on the other side taking pictures with their boards.

"We should go get something to eat before we go to the party" said Andrea

"Yea good thinking"said Sam skating over.

We headed back down the stairs and out the door. We walked down to the lobby. We found out their was an Chipotle about a block away and decide to skate their. Jc and I held hands skating all the way down. I couldn't tell if it was to keep me balanced or something more. *insert smirk* we walked in with Jc still holding my hand, I had to admit I liked it.

"This burrito is amazing!" said Ariel

"This is one of my favorite places to eat" said Andrea biting into her taco.

We all at or chipotle and talked about their plans for the weekend. I almost forgot that I was a fan of these people just yesterday not friends. We finished our dinner and skated back to the hotel Jc holding my hand once again.

"Ok so you boys go get change and meet us back in the hall way in 20 minutes ok?" said Andrea

"Yes mam'" said Jc

"Same thing for you Hazel and Ariel" said Andrea trying to give us a serious face.

"Ok sir!" I said and walked back to our room. I could hear everyone laughing behind me. This was going to be an awesome weekend.

The first thing I did was text Callie.

H- how is it going? You won't BELIVE it! Tonight I am going to a party with O2l and Andrea Russett!

C- O M G Haze! how did you manage to pull that off! I want to goooo!

H- you can meet them tomorrow! Bye! have to get ready.

I then got a call. I looked at it and it said, Jc :). So that is what he did earlier on my phone!

H- hello?

J- I Hazel, I was wondering what you wear wearing?

H- what are you a girl?

Jc started to laugh on the other end of the phone.

H- any ways I was going to wear a light navy blue dress with a white sweater and white boots. What about you Mr. Caylen?

J- surprise. byeee

And then Jc hung up. I could tell that tonight was going to awesome!
