Chapter Two : Confessions

Quick A/N. In this story, Lena knows Kara is Supergirl, just a heads up for this chapter :)

Kara's POV:

Dammit. Alex was going to stay here for a while... I won't get away with anything while she's watching me like a hawk. She can practically tell what im thinking at this point. I love my sister but this is gonna be so hard.

*beep*

Me and Alex both shot our heads towards my vibrating phone. Expecting a text from the DEO, I looked at it straight away.
It was Lena.
My heart did a flutter when I saw her name. My face softened for a split second before I masked it again.

"Lena"

My head slowly lifted up to meet Alex's knowing gaze. She knew who it was. Does that mean she knows the effect Lena has on me?

"You know?" I questioned, quietly. Alex didn't even know I was bi, let alone that I liked Lena. Well, that I knew of anyway.

"Of course I know, Kara, I'm your sister. I can tell what your feeling. And I know that all you feel for Lena is love. I also know you are a fellow gay because, hell, a straight women does not look at Lena Luthor, the way you do", Alex announced, smirking a bit.

"Actually I'm bisexual", smiling as I proved Alex wrong.

"Whatever! What did lover girl say?", She asked, peering at my phone.

Lena - Hey, wanna hang out? We've not talked all day :(

"What should I say? I don't think I'm in the right mindset to go anywhere... But it's Lena", I whined. I really wanted to see Lena.

"Well. I think you should tell her what's happened", Alex suggested, glancing at me to see my reaction.

"But how will she handle it. Not everyone handles things as well as you do, she could get all weird and leave me", I frowned just thinking of that.

"She won't, trust me. She's your best friend, besides me of course, she deserves to know that she may have lost you today", Alex reasoned with me patiently.

"You're right, I'll get her to meet me at her office and I'll tell her everything that happened", I said, proudly texting her back.

Kara - Sure, I need to tell you some stuff, your office in ten? :)

Lena - Can't wait

"There! It's done", I exclaimed triumphantly.

"Good. And Kara? Stay safe. Should I stay here for when you get back?", Alex asked me with gentle concern.

"If you want", I said as I flew out the window and towards the L-Corp building.

Lena's POV :

Crap! Kara's gonna be here soon, I had better clean this place up. Move some of these papers, move some wrappers. Okay that looks a little better.
I wonder what she wants to tell me? I hope it's not bad, I hate it when bad things happen to Kara because she's so sweet and innocent.

*Knock knock*

The door opened to reveal the blue-eyed blonde beauty. Every time I see her, her gorgeous features take my breath away and I have to focus to get my brain back together. She looked a little uncertain and awkward. She was wearing a long sleeved pastel jumper which looked a little too big for her and blue jeans, typical Kara clothes.

"Kara! Glad to see you", I greeted the women with enthusiasm, giving her a hug. I could tell something was wrong because she didn't have her usual smile on her face.
