Aethan's POV
"Trish!" I saw her eating inside the canteen. Beautiful as ever.
"Ah Aethan" She smile. She pointed the chair in front of her. So automatically, I sit down.
"Trish, today is my sister's birthday. I would like to invite you. She really wanted to meet you." I touch my hair because of embarrassment.
"What? Is it okay? I mean it's your sister's birthday. We're not related or friends." She drink her soda.
"Well, it's her birthday wish" She look at me. I am shy.
Sigh.
"Okay. I'll go." She smile at me brightly.
"Yeeeees! I'll fetch you later. Okay?"
"Sure"
Trish's POV
"Hi Lor, this is my gift for you. Happy birthday" She smile. She open the present I gave to her.
"Wow! Thank you Trish! It's very adorable" I gave her a stuff toy since she's only 8.
"Trish, thank you for the effort. You don't need to bother about it." Aethan seems guilty. He's cute.
"It's okay. I'll just eat much." We both laugh.
"Trish your beautiful. I don't mind if you will be my brother's girlfriend. He's head over heels for you." She giggle. Aethan and I blushed. This kid really.
"Jake! Here!" I look automatically and yes the jerk is here. What is he doing here? Well, he's Aethan's best friend.
"Lor, this is my present" he smile. He smile! So he does know how to smile huh.
"Thanks Jake" Lor blushed. I chuckle.
He look at me and snub me. He is really rude. No. He's heartless.
"Trish, let's eat" Aethan gently assist me towards the table with lots of food. Yum. He serves me just like a boyfriend should do. I really appreciate his efforts. But I am an NBSB, it's hard to trust and to fall. The "trust and fall" does not apply to me.
