"You can find a table while I order the drink. Chai tea latte, right?"

"You know it! And then you can fill me in on all the raunchy details about you and Leo." Janice wiggled her fingers in Isabella's face to which she earned an eye roll.

"How could you possibly know?"

"You got this 'I just got fucked' vibe going on." Janice's eyes scanned her friend up and down. "Damn girl, I would have my with you every night if you woke up like that."

Isabella laughed. "I think your pregnancy hormones are going to your head."

"That is where they start." Janice sent her a wink. "Now go get us the drinks before the line gets longer."

She scoffed at her pregnant friend and got in line behind two people. She had decided to call Janice for a girl's day out since Leo was gone with Derek and she wasn't scheduled for work. She had wondered if it was a good idea now that Janice was going to prod about their night and find out about Derek's circumstance. She didn't even know about Derek's circumstance, only that if Leo said he was okay, then she'd believe him.

There was no other choice. He had established a relationship with Derek that didn't need to be tampered with. She wasn't blind to Leo's direct show of dominance this morning while he stretched, nor was she too happy about it. She'd have to talk to him about that later. If Derek was to stay over their house, they needed to alter their sleeping habits.

What sleeping habits did they have to alter? Leo was barely home, and when he was, he didn't bother to greet her with a hug and a kiss at the door. She was pleasantly surprised last night when he and Derek had come to eat dinner. It was usually her and the soft glow of light illuminating the empty chair where Leo would sit when they had once partaken in meals together.

"What can I get you, ma'am?" The teenage girl wore a smile on her face as she waited for Isabella's response.

"Can I have two medium chai lattes, please?"

The girl tapped in the order on the computer. "Will that be all?" When Isabella nodded her head and gave her the card, the girl asked, "And what can I call you by?"

"Moretti."

"Great. Here's your receipt and your chair tea lattes should be done soon. Have a great day!"

Isabella smiled and found Janice at a tall, circular table seated for two. It was next to a window and people would pass by on the busy sidewalk with their pets and children in tow. Isabella couldn't help but allow her mind to wander to what it would be like to have Leo's kid.

Maybe a dog, too. One thing at a time, Isabella. She had to remind herself before she got too carried away with her thoughts.

"So," Janice wiggled her eyebrows, "spill the tea."

"We're still waiting on it. We can't spill it if there's none to spill."

Janice gave a deadpanned look to her friend. "Bella, shut up and tell me all about last night!" She was practically squealing towards the end and bouncing in her seat.

"Be careful, Janice! What if you fall?"

"Ugh. You sound just like my husband. Let me bounce."

Isabella rolled her eyes at her stubborn friend. "We had sex."

A squeal escaped Janice's lips. "Okay, and? Was it hot and steamy?"

"I told him about Dr. Hans."

Janice stopped bouncing and blanched. "What? You did?" She reached out for her friend's hands which were resting on the table. "Before, after, or during?"
