You stare at the blue glare of your work computer. Typing endless reports in a small cuticle while your life wastes away. You notice the reflection in the monitor your eyes, swollen, tired and overworked. You lean back in your therapeutic gel chair. It lets out a small creak. You rub your eyes and you sit back up you grab your jacket and your car keys and leave the office. The drive home is usual. The sun is setting you pull into your apartments parking garage. Your shut your car off and sigh and get out of the car. You take the slow elevator ride up to your apartment and walk down the hall to your apartment. You open the door and throw your jacket on the floor. You plop down on your couch slowly drifting off. Suddenly your phone lets out a ding followed by a buzz. You almost didn't check the notification but when you did your eyes light up. The notification reads "THE LAST VLOG THANK YOU!". Your eyes tear up, you swipe on the notification and up pops David Dobrik's channel. He's sitting in front of his camera looking amazing for the age of 35. He sighs deeply and says into the camera, "Hey guys, we've had a long crazy ride and this is it." The screen goes black and the intro music plays the screen reads "David Dobrik vlog #2028 1-3-2031" You tear up as you realize that your all time favorite youtuber who has dedicated a majority of his time to entertain on youtube and worked hard to be where he was today was finally going to retire his vlog camera. The first thing that pops up is a picture of Alex Ernst. Alex aged really well but put on at least 20 pounds. You could see a wedding ring on his finger and a cross around his neck. He laughs giddily as he says thank you and then continues to run and smash his leg through a white table for probably the 1000th time in his life. The next person on the screen is Durte Dom he's smoking a joint surrounded by guys around the same age as him he smirks at the camera and says "Thanks for helping me start up the Icon Crew" all the guys in the video the proceed to make it rain with hundred dollar bills, which were real. Suddenly Gabbie Hanna pops up on screen sitting next t a guy about the same age as her thats hugging her and a young girl in her lap. You gasp not knowing she had a kid after all these years. She smiles at the camera and a tear escapes her eye "Thank you for letting me be the ugly one David" you hear David's goofy laugh before the video cuts to Zane. Zane is back in Florida with heath. He lost a lot of weight and looks really fit. He's wearing a crappy $5 pink wig and he says in a sassy voice "Thank you for this lifetime opportunity to please" he sticks out his tongue and walks away in ill fitting heels and then Heath walks up with a bear down two his chest and a hat on. He aged very poorly and has a cigarette in his mouth he says in a raspy but also sassy voice "Thank you for always documenting my addiction David" and he flicks his cigarette towards the camera. Suddenly Matt King is screaming into the camera "THANK YOU DAVID FOR THE PTSD". The next shot you see Scotty and Kristen sitting next to each other. They're holding hands Scotty says, "I'm still sad but thank you" and Kristen says "THANK YOU LIZAA". Corinna pops up on the screen with her boobs nearly spilling out of a top "Thanks for the free promo David". The next video is Toddy on a boat with a skinny girl hanging on him he puts his glass of whiskey up to the camera and says a simple "Thanks". Jason is sitting down in front of the camera holding Trisha Paytas hand they say in unison "THANK YOU DAVID" and then Trisha climbs on top of Jason and they start violently making out. The next shot is Liza and David sitting together you can tell Liza has been crying she puts her hand on David's shoulder you can see the wedding ring David gave to her 7 years ago. She's basically sobbing and saying thank you repeatedly. David pulls her head into his chest and kisses her head they separate and make eye contact and they lean in for a kiss. Their lips connect and David smiles. They pull away and David looks into the camera and says "Thanks for watching guys tweet my at David Dobrik, anything else to add Liza?" Liza perks up instantly and says in a cute voice, "We love you GUYSS!!" Then she starts saying bye and David joins in and the screen cuts to black at exactly 4:20. A text slide pops up saying "This was made by @softdaviddobrik" And "Love you When I'm Drunk" starts playing. You see flashes of the highlights over the years of previous vlogs. There's animal being placed on blindfolded people, drills taking off body hair, stunts being pulled on members of the squad. Your vision is blurred with tears. The video finally ends with the montages of kisses/romantic moments on the blog including Scotty, Kristen, Gabbie, Todd, Alex, Davids, and Liza's weddings. The song fades out and the video ends. You close the youtube app and let out a loud sob.
