Taehyung POV

Hearing those words from Hyejin made my heart anxious.

Is her heart weak? What does she mean?

"Hyejin-ah..." I called in a soft tone

Looking into her eyes there's full of sorrow and pain

"No matter what, I'll never, ever hurt you. I promise"

"How am I supposed to believe you? You know-"

Before she could even continue, I held her face and leaned in for a kiss.

It didn't take a while when she started responding to my kiss

I pulled her back and tears flow down her cheeks

With my thumb, I wipe her tears away

"I'm never EVER going to leave or hurt you. EVER" holding her hands tightly

Then she slightly smiled at me

Hye-jin's POV

Taehyung escorts me inside the mansion, holding my hands

Wow, it's been a while since I felt this happy

"Baby..." he said

I could hear my heart beating.

"Go inside," he said

"No~ you first, I'll go in after I see you leave"

"Noo ~, I'll leave when I see my baby go inside"

"Really?~ I'll go in first then" I giggled

Before I could go in, Taehyung grabbing wrist he pulled me and kissed me again

"I needed a good night kiss," he said, winking at me

Then he gently pushed me to go inside.

I leaned on the door thinking about what Taehyung said

He called me his baby I said in my mind shyly

I went to my room walking like I crazy person

Throwing myself on my bed, the kiss we did with Taehyung popped on my mind

I took the pillow beside me and covered my face and started screaming

I couldn't help it

Then someone barges into my room

Grandpa...

"Why?!What's wrong?! Did something happened?!" grandpa said running towards me to check if I'm okay

All I could do is laugh at his reaction

"Grandpa, I'm okay. Better than ok. I'm perfectly fine" I said with a smile

"Are you sure my princess? But... if you're okay-" and grandpa hesitated

"Oh? I questioned

"Why is your face so red?" he stated, bringing his hands to my forehead as he does the same thing.

"Grandpa," I said, softly slapping away his hands on my forehead

"I'm okay grandpa... Everything is fine" I reassured him

He looked at me and gave a hug

Next morning

Sunshine in my eyes

Slowly waking up, I could see the sun hitting my eyes.

As I stretch my sore body, I turned to my right and saw Taehyung sitting on a chair watching me

Am I dreaming?

I cleared my eyes and pinch my cheeks to see if I'm actually dreaming, until when...

"Good morning baby, how was your sleep?"

"YA! What are you doing in my room" I yelled at him

"I wanted to be the first person that my baby sees" He replied

Okay.Wait.

Is he trying to give me a heart attack early in the morning

"Baby?" snapping his fingers

"Hm?" looking at him

"Get dressed, let's eat breakfast," he said

"Uh? Oh" I agreed

I got up and went to my closet and it hit me

I looked at Taehyung who was still sitting in the chair watching me

"Babe?" I said

"Yes?" raising his eyebrows smiling

"Can you please-" then looked at the door signing him to go out from my room so I can get dressed

He then pouted

What the heck? Does he really want to watch me get undressed

"Ya! Go, Ill see you downstairs" I told him

"Can I just quietly stay here and watch you get dressed?"

Walking towards him, he looked kinda nervous.

I sat on his lap, wrapping my hands around his neck and moving towards his ears

"Babe... can you please leave so I can get dressed or else I'm going to kill you" I whispered in his ears

And he laughed awkwardly

"Haha... ok, I'll see you downstairs", he said

"Thank you~" then he left

That pervert, I laughed

After getting dressed, I went downstairs as I was told

Walking down the stairs, I started seeing petals of roses, leading to the kitchen

As I followed the petals, I looked up and saw a banner saying "Will you be my one and only baby?"

"Baby you said yesterday that I needed to prove you that I will never ever leave or hurt you right?"

Taehyung walks towards me and kneels down

"So here I go" he sighs "baby...?" he said with a cute tone

Looking down at him , I covered my mouth with hands

I had butterflies in my stomach, mixed feelings, I feeling like crying

"Baby, will you stay by my side 'till the end?" he asked again stuttering

I nodded

"REALLY?! Do you really mean it?!" he said excitedly and I nodded again

Then he carried me up

"I'M THE LUCKIEST GUY TODAY!WOOHOO!" he shouted while turning me around

He put me down and looked deep into my eyes

"I love you, baby. You're the only one, I promise" he said and I surely felt his sincerity

"I love you too babe. I'm the happiest girl today"
