CHAPTER 13- UNWANTED MARRIAGE
Hannah's POV
____________________________
[Vicky is the one on the left, that's how she looks like and Hannah is the one on the right and that is also what she looks like]"Wake up, Hannah! Wake up!" Vicky repeated sounding like an eleven year old.
"What do you want?" I mumbled. "And how'd you get in?? It's so early in the damn morning" I remarked peeking through my warm blankets."You're mom let me in Hannah, not everything's crime and breaking in" she dramatically snapped twirling her ombre short hair.
"Liar" I paused... "My mom works. You found the key inside the flower pot a**hole". She grinned widely.
I knew it.
"Now get up Hannah" she screamed pulling the blankets off. UGHHHHH.
....
"This is definitely the one" I told Vicky, holding the red, soft fabric against her chest. She smiled shyly holding it to her chest. "Perfect" she mumbled. She then reached for a dress behind her and did the same to me. "I think Jordan would love to see this on you" she happily grinned. "Plus he strictly told you to get a blue dress honey".
I rolled my eyes. "To be honest, I have much bigger problems than trying to impress Jordan and putting up with his needs" I playfully but dramatically snapped putting the dress close to my chest and then examining it out in the huge (surprisingly clean) mirror.
"But, it does look beautiful" I added trying to change topics. "Go try it" she insisted, so I did and I absolutely loved it. Satisfied, we strolled to pay where a woman about the age of 35 greeted us taking our dresses and heels. "130 pounds. Together or separate?" I smiled giving her my credit card (more like my mothers).
"No Hannah, I'll pay for myself" Vicky interrupted. I shook my head as the lady turned to me smiling. "Honey when someone offers something, you zip it and take it" the lady agreed.
"Its fine, I'm paying" I confirmed. The lady approved my credit card and gave us a box. "Choose one each" she gestured with a box full of hand rings. We each chose one and thanked her for it.
"Thanks", I smiled. "Well, you're the only one who has helped me since I came here and I know that buying you gifts isn't the way to show that im thankful but, you know I'm here for you". Vicky awed and we hugged each other like the good friends we are.
We walked around the shipping centre for about an hour an a half before we decided it was time that we should head back and get ready for the big wedding.
*after two intense hours of getting ready*
"YOU LOOK STUNNING!" Vicky and I told each other at the same time when we were done getting all dolled up.
"Matt will definitely love it" I winked at Vicky. She squinted her eyes and in a high pitched voice mocked me "Oh Hannah, to be honest... I have much bigger problems than trying to look good for Matty".
Beep. Beep. Beep.
"H-hello"
"Oiii annoying gal. Are you ready because I'm downstairs already. Look outside" I peeked from the curtain and the most annoying boy ever was outside my house waiting for me. I smiled, "Let's go Vicky".
"Wow you look so great" Jordan complemented "Thanks" I shyly smiled. He laughed uncontrollably like if I had just told him the funniest joke ever. "I was talking to Vicky, Hannah. But you too" I felt so dumb.
What and idiot. I thought to myself obviously because if I said it out loud he would try to prove otherwise.
"Well, I'd love to stay and conversate with you two, but I've got a "date" of my own. I think" she waved and got in her Jaguar F-Type. We got in Jordan's car as well. He turned the music on and blew me a kiss which of course only made me roll my eyes, because it's JORDAN.
"You look really good Hannah" he told me looking ahead of the road. "I can't say the same" I joked which only made him scuff as per usual. We finally got to the wedding reception.
It was stunning, there were round tables with silky white and gold cloths on top of them. On the tables there was glass vases that had white stones, little diamonds with 5 white roses and 5 tulips. The whole room was illuminated by white twinkle lights and really fancy candles. On the walls, wedding pictures of Wynter And Isaac were hung. Overall the place was so amazing and magical.
"Oh we didn't make it to the marriage ceremony" I noticed. " I just wanted to get to the better parts of this mess" he smiled. "Jordan" Wynter exclaimed "I'm so glad you and your girlfriend made it. It means so much to me" she hugged Jordan and I.
We got escorted to a really nice table with champagne served. Plates of delicious food were served. "It's Chicken tikka masala a British national dish, in case you didn't know. Since you barely got here".
"Well, it looks delicious, and the dessert" I excitedly said turning my head to all the sweets. There was Yorkshire pudding (my favorite), sticky toffee pudding, etc.
As we ate we talked about how close Wynter and him were when they were younger so I told him how I was very close to Alec as well. "I thought he was a boyfriend of yours" he teased which made me laugh. "Let's dance Hannah" Jordan suggested standing and holding his hand out for me to take.
We slow danced to "And I Love Her" by The Beatles. After the song ended he suggested to head back to our table. Vicky and Matt were seated with us and the trouble had just commenced. We were all having such a good time laughing and talking until ...
"Jordan. What the f*ck. Is this the leech you left me for??" Cassandra screamed. "Oiii get lost mate. What was your name again? Oh right. Kate! Oh no? Cassandra? Get lost Cassandra" she rolled her eyes and looked at me "You'll never be better than me. You can never replace me we're so different" she scuffed.
"You're right. We're different and awe how unfortunate, I'll never be better than you. Should I weep about it?" I sarcastically snapped back. I stood up and walked away with Vicky. At that moment I wish I had said nothing because I looked immature responding to her petty comments.
We started dancing to the music playing. "Party! Party! Party!" Vicky screamed with many girls dancing around her and another annoying guy who wouldn't leave us alone the whole night. We told him to f*ck off and drank more "brew" as Vicky calls it.
"Woww Vicky you've really got the moves honey" I complemented dancing with her, she winked and danced on the girl. "Let's leave" Jordan pulled me and Vicky.
"Do you guys bloody not drink?" He rolled his eyes after he realised that I don't drink. "Shhh. You look better when you don't talk" I slurred holding a finger to his mouth. He drove me home after giving me a cup of warm tea. Jordan just shook his head "Didn't expect that from you Hannah".
"I didn't except the whole I'm better than you speech either" I remarked showing my discomfort towards the incident only making him laugh. I fell asleep the rest of the way and I didn't notice until Jordan shook me. "We're here Hannah". I got my stuff and got off his car ready to have a good night sleep. Jordan followed me to my doorstep. "Thanks" I mumbled and smiled.
"Thanks for coming with me and I'm sorry about Cass. She doesn't know what she says. Pure rubbish" he grinned.
"I know that" I assured. "Where's my good night kiss?" Jordan asked. I gave him the finger.
"Good night Hannah. I would say dream of me. But, of course you will. I did not.
