"Wait, wait wait." Kuroo said, waving his hands around frantically and blinking rapidly at them. "You can't be done with your story already!"

"That's it." Kei confirmed, spreading his hands and shrugging. "How we first met, and then our first kiss. What more do you want?"

Kuroo, you're a nuisance. (F/n) shot the bedhead a flat look, and Kuroo frowned at her.

"What happened after the kiss?" Akaashi asked curiously, his eyes swirling in the cheap lighting of the bar. Bokuto nodded vigorously.

"Well, we got together." Kei said in a clipped tone. "I liked her, and apparently she liked me, so we went through high school and college like that."

Obviously. Read between the lines. The girl signed, frowning at them all. Her eyebrows scrunched up in a way only she seemed to be able to.

"What about the wedding?" Bokuto asked, leaning forwards enthusiastically.

"You were there!" Kei huffed, and (F/n) folded her arms with a frown of disappointment, the pair leaning back into their seats with soft sighs, completely mirroring each other's frustration.

Yep, they were definitely made for each other.

Bokuto seemed to deflate.

"We both went to an acting school, as you both know." Kei added, and the group blinked at him. "We started in a movie or two. We're well known. We have contracts to sign as well."

"What movie?" Kuroo asked excitedly, and Bokuto stood up and slammed his hands on the table, mouth open in shock.

You'll see, (F/n) signed with a wink, and the boys deflated even more.

"Well, I guess we should get going. Kids to care for, careers to worry about." Kei said offhandedly, standing.

Taxes to do. (F/n) added with a dignified nod.

Kuroo shuffled from his spot to allow the pair to leave, grinning at them as they slid out.

"It was nice seeing you guys again." Kei said. "Same time next week? Maybe we could play some volleyball, for old times sake."

The table seemed to glow, as if God had graced them with his holy rays of sunlight. Either that or the boys grew significantly happier. Same thing.

"Yeah!" They said in a chorus, and Kei smiled a little.

He then offered them an airy wave, before slinging an arm around (F/n)'s shoulders and walked out of the bar.

They all sat there for a moment.

"He didn't pay." Akaashi said bluntly.

Bokuto slammed his head on the table.

That's a wrap! Thanks for reading!
