Aimee.Everybody always treated Sabrina better, she was the more adventurous one and she was gorgeous.
With black straight hair and light brown eyes, she had a slim built with a sharp face, swear her face could cut freaking glass. That and her drop dead gorgeous smile?
She was a knockout.
While I was a more of a wallflower. With long curly brown hair, brown eyes a curvy built that paired of with a slightly round face, I was the definition of "plain jane."
Brina got all the attention and I had a front row seat to watch.
So I turned to books.
The fictional world where I didn't have to live in the shadows, I could explore different cities, be inlove with multiple characters and have lots of loved ones.
All the things I didn't have in real.
Though I ached for my sister's attention, even if just for a minute.
After our last fight, I decided not to talk to her that way we'd have nothing to argue about so, we were not on speaking teams.
So I got more addicted to books, spending less time with the people who never seemed to notice me or just plain out didn't care to and more time inside the fictional world.
I was an addict and I needed my fix daily.
Sometimes hourly depending on how fast I read or how long the book was.
