The earth signs are secure and strong. They are grounded and practical with a love for what surrounds them, that can often be misinterpreted as materialistic. Earth signs provide stability and are the foundation for most of the other sign's successes.
Taurus:
Taurus are set in their ways and self-sufficient. Though relatively moody and difficult to work with, if treated right Taurus have incredible work ethic. Like hard rock they can power through almost anything, or at the very least will try. If they aren't the ones hacking away at work you can be certain they'll at least be present to give you some support.
Virgo:
Virgo are malleable, like metals. They appear soft and fragile, but their softness actually allows them to not crumble under pressure. Virgo generally have a set path ahead of them, and are confident in their decisions. Their fates lack flexibility. These are people that know their worth and where they're headed in life. Their maturity and level headedness makes them dependable, especially when accompanied with their usually gentle nature.
Capricorn:
Capricorn are disciplined and self-satisfied. They may come off as stuck up and have a tendency to be unforgiving. Capricorn are like glass, highly useful and enchanting but must be handled with care. Those who crack there delicate surface receive no second chances. They are the last to be pushed around and can effectively guide others. Good managers, they are meticulous and impartial.
