Chapter 1 Mixed Feelings

So clipper are you ready to begin? Spitfire asked in her Sargent tone
Um... Yeah... I guess... so the newbies will arrive In a hour? So Does that mean I have to Get the Flags all ready? Soarin asked
Yes. Spitfire rolled her eyes in annoyance
Got it... Soarin flew up to place the flags on Every Cloud Island
Should I ask Her out? I mean I know better not to butter up our Commander but we have been friends for such a Long time now... and I just feel I want to be more than just friends with her. Soarin thought
Then he flew into a cloud pole by Accident
Then he saw Spitfire and Fleetfoot laughing at him
Though I like Fleetfoot as well, I mean we haven't been best friends for long, but I like her too...
Soarin placed the One flag by a Ditch
And after 20 minutes of placing the Flags he was finally done
He flew down
Not bad Clipper though I could do it In 20 Seconds tops Fleetfoot stated
Well, fortunately you aren't the Commander. Soarin said
Soarin, that was Terrible! I could have finish it in "10 Seconds flat" Spitfire

Oh boy the Commander is more Harsh than I am. I'll try my best to finish faster now that I know where the Islands are. Soarin nodded his head

She's just so harsh but yet I like it at the same time... I don't care Wheather she is a Commander or not... I love her... though I Love fleetfoot... I don't know what am I suppose to do...Soarin Thought

Soarin rubbed his eyes  seeing if she really just asked him out to eat.

Why do you suddenly want to ask my out to eat with you? Soarin asked

"Um" Both Fleetfoot and Soarin said at the same time

"I would like a Cup of Strong Red Wine please." Fleetfoot stated
"And you Sir? " the Waiter asked
"A Glass of Water is fine..." Soarin said
Dang? Strong Red wine? That's beyond how I drink. Soarin thought as the waiter walked away
"you've been acting up lately." Fleetfoot said
"Well you know Hearts-and-Hooves day is coming up and...I always act up." Soarin Answered
Oh I see some pony here has a Crush. Fleetfoot swayed to the left trying to get the other VIP ponies to hear

The waiter came-
Here you go, now are you two lovely Couples ready to order? The Waiter asked while setting the Strong red Wine to Fleetfoot and the Glass of water to Soarin
Um... we are not Couples. They Both said Awkwardly
Oh I am so sorry... It's just it's getting close to Hearts-and-Hooves day but have you decided on what you'll be ordering? The waiter apologize
I would like a Cesar Salad, and Chicken Nuggets. Soarin said
Fleetfoot tried not to laugh when he said Chicken Nuggets
And for you Miss? The Waiter turned to look at Fleetfoot
"Corn Dogs, and With Cesar Salad" She said
Okay, It'll be here in a short while. The waiter picked up the menus and walked off

Hey! You got Corn Dogs and that sounds even more Funny! Soarin raised his Eyebrow

Here you go. The Waiter set the Lunches on their table enjoy. He then walked off

She does have a lot of humor, she is pretty funny... and sweet... and pretty... though Spitfire is just so good looking I mean she is too... but Spitfire is Beautiful... Soarin Thought

"you look like You are the Worst flyer Of all" Spitfire said while walking down the Line looking at the Newbies
"No M'am! " The Rainbow Mane Pony saluted
"do you have what it takes to become a Wonderbolt?" Spitfire asked the Newbies

"I do! " The Rainbow mane Pony said

The Mare slowly gotten her Goggles on and went onto the Launcher
Okay, ready get set... The Spinner spun her around couples of times

The pony had gotten flung and flew back and tumbled on her rump

The Rainbow mane pony quickly turned back and made a Rainbow streak she landed Smoothly

Just then she saw Soarin and Fleetfoot heading her way
"Back already? Spitfire said
"Yeah, um... so... I...Um..." Soarin stammered

"Um... Never mind... Actually I was wondering how was teaching?" Soarin asked

Great? Spitfire then walked off to her office

Sor-ry. He said in a Sassy voice then walked away
Why am I mad at him for not asking Spitfire to the Hearts-and-Hooves day special event? When I could, I love him... he's been my crush since the 2nd grade... though spitfire keeps stealing him away... I know she likes him too... but I do too... ugh... this is really hard... why can't we just all stay friends and be the Three some like we used to be... I mean it used to be just me and Spitfire until Soarin came along but we invited him, and after that it became Me, Spitfire, Soarin but if one of Dates each other? Then what will happen to our Friendships? Especially Spitfire and Mine... Fleetfoot thought as she was watching Soarin trotting away like a fool.
