She goes in the car with Mitch to go to his hotel. He wasn't paying attention to the road. You can guess the next part. Angela woke up first. She saw all the carnage and blamed it on herself. She saw the other driver that looked a lot like her. She put her hoodie on the girl and ran into the woods.
