Most of us wouldn't want to summon a phantasm on a normal day, let alone at the hardest times of our lines, because folklore tells us that phantasm's are monstrous entities ascribe to evil. But what if all of that was not true? Is it better to live forever or to finally be able to die?
This is a fantasy romance about a modern day phantasm named, Lorenz. He is a decorated military general during the Goryeo Dynasty who is betrayed by the jealous king he served. When Lorenz is faced with death instead of honor after fighting a mighty battle, God turns Lorenz into a phantasm instead, tasked with protecting certain people from a life of misery. Lorenz seeks to end his cursed immortal life but immortality is wearing on him and he longs to find the prophesied human bride who can set his soul free. Meanwhile, Denisse is a senior high school senior whose mother was saved by Lorenz 20 years ago and ever since then she has been able to communicate with dead people. Lorenz becomes accidental roommates with Adrian who is unable to remember his past, he is also the Angel of Death who usher's people's psyche into the afterlife. Georgia, the owner og a coffee shop and Denisse's boss, who is loved and admired by all men, crosses paths with Adrian and becomes smitten with him.
Can Denisse be the true "phantasm's bride" with the power to release Lorenz into his eternal misery?
There are many different sides to Lorenz's character. He is dauntless and vicious knight in the historical position where he finds himself at odds with the king.
"Why did you have to do this?" Asked the prince to the king.
The king answered, "because you're just a trivial lethal who wants to get my berth."
"You're so wretched! You're just saying that because everybody don't like you!" Said the prince
The king gets outraged and get his rapier and pointed it to the sister of the prince, he then cognizance it and said, "put your rapier down and stay away from her!"
The king response, "not until you combat with me."
"If that's what you want, then fine. Just leave her alone." Said the prince.
After a while, they inception the fray and combat for their own right's, that's why the prince really get outraged and wanted to kill the king, but unfortunately stabbed by the king.
"You really don't have a heart, you wretch!" Said the prince who is almost deteriorating.
"I don't even care about you wretched!" Replied the king who is chortling so vociferous.
But that will not just end there, let's find out what's going to happen.
In the present , he is solitary and exhausted from his long life, but huddling his bride brings out his more debonair and fun side. Lorenz was walking in the street when he collided into a damsel named, Denisse. He fixate at Denisse as if he knew her for a very long time.
"Hi Miss! I'm sorry. Have we met before?" Asked Lorenz.
Denisse replied, "What? I don't even know who you are.
"Really? I thought I've seen you somewhere." Lorenz said.
"Ah. Maybe that's not me. Hmmm......" Denisse replied.
