Walking into school was the same as every other day. I went t my locker, walked to class, ate lunch by myself, went to more classes, and then school ended. When I walked out of the bulky gray doors, I saw Grayson getting into his car. I hurriedly ran over to his car, hoping to figure out what happened yesterday at Taco Bell.

"Hey!" I said as I reached the driver's side of the black automobile.

"What's up?" He asked.

"Not much. I was just wondering why you left me alone at Taco Bell."

"Sorry for that. I just needed to handle something important. Don't worry about it." He told me.

"Couldn't you have taken me home first, though?"

"Not really. I wanna go home. Can you leave?" He said, and I could tell he was getting annoyed with me.

"No. Not until you tell me why you left me all alone at Taco Bell."

"I just had somewhere to go. It's none of your business. Now leave, princess." He said sarcastically.

"Why do you want to get rid of me?"

"I have places to be."

"That's a lie. You would have left by now."

"Yeah, I would have, but this girl won't leave the side of my car." I stepped away from his car, and he sped away. I walked home, disappointed that I didn't know why he had left me yesterday. Tomorrow, I will find out.
