I was a fool a young fool that had no idea what to do and was blinded by love , and I Fell for Gabe and I fell hard, you know I would have thought that maybe the first date would be the most memorable thing since it was what started a beautiful relationship , but that's not the deal for me I think k our most memorable date was the 3rd that one is the one I will never forget

I was by locker leaving my Core books and taking out my biology ones out when I heard him say my name
"Hey Melody" I turned around and faced Gabe and was imedatly greeted with his ocean blue eyes
"Hey Gabe , so what's up" I said and he gave me a goofy grin and I groaned
"Please for the love of good don't respond with "the sky" I mocked him abd he placed his hand on his chest and pretended so act offended I giggle at his silly act
"Actually its the roof , but anyways I wanted to ask you if you wanted to hang out with me later, maybe go out to eat then take a walk or something?" He asked and I blushed even if we have been on two dates already I still got flustered when he asked me
" I would love to go " I giggled and he sighed in content leaned on the lockers and looked at me with a small smile on his face I rose and eyebrow at him
" How did I get so lucky to have a girl like? He asked my genuinely curious , I felt my face heat up and covers my face with my hands and mumbled out a stop and he chuckled and looked back I followed his gaze and sale his buddies looking at him and he winked at them and they all smirked now I didn't seem really faced by that at the time but now I realized that , that was a huge red flag after that the bell rang and we both were off to our classes , it as the last period when then I realized Gabe never told me what time he was gonna pick me up so right when class ended I whipped out my phone and texted Gabe he quickly responded and said
5: 30 after that I left school faster than you could say ' wow you fell for that' . Once I got home I quickly ran towards my bedroom and put my backpack down and jumped on my bed and texted my bestfriend to come over

I heard 5 knocks on my door and I ran downstairs as fast as I could and almost slammed into the wall , I opened the door and motioned for her to come in she stepped in and closed the door for me and smiled at me
" so what's going on? " Michelle questioned
" Gabe asked me on a date again" I squealed and jumped up and down she gave me a bright smile ans grabbed my wrist a dragged me towards my room and pushed me into the bathroom With a towel and undergarments , she closed the door and yelled
"YOU GET IN THE SHOWER AND ILL LOOK FOR YOUR CLOTHES " I rolled my eyes she also did this the first time me and Gabe went out , now that was awkward I chuckled at the memory and turned around and got in the shower 20 minutes later I was done and turned the shower head off , I wrapped the towel around my body and dried off and put on my undergarments and went to my room where Michelle was laying on my bed on her phone lying next to her was my outfit and I took a quick glance at it and dubbed it cute I grabbed all my makeup products and hair products and looked at Michelle and rose an eyebrow at her
"So what did you pick? " I asked she jumped up and grabbed my outfit
"Ok so o picked out a cute pink skater skirt and a nice long white sleeved crop top with a thin golden chain necklace as an accessory and you know some pink converse to top it all , I was gonna give you heels but it seem like you don't have any" she frowned as she said the last statement I nodded
"Yeah, those things torture my feet" I laughed
" well lets not wait , come on get ready its 4: 20 already so go" she shooed me I chuckled and grabbed the things and and went to the bathroom and changed , I took a look at myself and I felt beautiful , I always had self body issues but as if now I felt great and I wasn't gonna let anything stop that . I got out of the bathroom and saw Michelle next to my vanity I walked toward her and sat down and she did her magic , she didn't put on to much make up since and I quote " already beautiful with out it" she then procced to do my hair we straightened it and did it half up once we were done it was already 5: 20 and I started to feel nervous
" Don't worry girl , your gonna be fine " she reassured me and I nodded 10 minutes later Gabe was at the door I opened it and Gabe smiled up at me. I beamed up at him , he led me to his 2015 Toyota 4runner and opened the door for me I gave him a quick thanks and he got in and we made our way towards the resteraunt and Michelle waved good bye at us
It was all going great , I was having a good time and so was Gabe and that made him forget about the bet that I had yet to Know about , we made our way towards"Brooke park" it was all alone despite it only being 7:45 usually sometimes other kids our age will be around but I guess not today, there was only 3 of us at the park Gabe and I and a man with a Bluetooth speaker he gave us a soft smile and we waved in retur. We talked for what seemed like hours but really it was only 1 , then " A thousand Years " by Christina perri started to play and me and Gabe were slow dancing to it. As cheesy as it sounds it felt like me and him were the only ones in the world , his blue eyes were captivating and I didn't want to look away I wanted to stay like this , we danced until the song ended but we kept holding each other , he kept looking down at my lips and I cupped his face and kissed him slowly but passionate
