Solangelo one shots

Mornings (part 1)

Hey guys, I found a pin on Pinterest that has a bunch of scenarios to imagine ships in in mornings. I decided to write Solangelo into these scenarios. I'm going to try to combine as many of these as possible into each one-shot, so I have no idea how many parts there will be, but I will try to publish them all over the next couple of days, if not all tonight. Oh, and by the way, no smut, absolutely none, I promise, I don't write that stuff, or do that stuff... Yeah. Anyway, enjoy!💖

Will's POV
I woke to sunlight streaming in through the window in the bedroom I shared with my wonderful husband (I imagined this in the future when they were married, if that wasn't already obvious. Also, Will has a job as a doctor, out in the real world. I guess I haven't decided whether Nico has a job or not, and if he does, what it is). I looked at the clock and realized it was almost time for me to get up for work, so I might as well just get up now. I also decided that if I have to be up, Nico should get up too, so I rolled over and started tickling him, kissing his face, and whispering in his ear (look, I'm combining the first three).

"Come on Neeks, it's time to get up."

He just grumbled and turned away from me, curling tightly into a ball.

I sighed. "Alright, you win this time. I have to go get ready for work, but you'd better be up by the time I'm finished. Okay?"

He mumbled a response that I decided to pretend was a 'yes' (it was not, in case you were wondering).

After I finished my morning routine, I went back into the bedroom to find that Nico still hadn't gotten out of bed, but was at least fully awake.

"Alright, time to get up. I already told you you had to get up when I came back in here."

"Come on, Solace," he pleaded as he tried, unsuccessfully, to pull me back into bed with him. "You still have a few extra minutes, can't we just stay in bed a little bit longer?" Then he gave me those baby hellhound eyes that are so impossible to resist, and I conceded. We spent the last few minutes before I had to head off to work just cuddling in bed.

I was going to write a bunch of these and publish them all tonight, but this is the first one, and I've just finished writing it, and it's almost 2:30 a.m. where I am, so I should probably get to sleep (who am I kidding, I'm not gonna end up sleeping). Granted it was about 1 when I started writing, so it's not,like it actually took me that long to write, but still. Anyway, if you have any constructive criticism, don't be afraid to let me know. I know it's probably terrible, so any suggestions on how to improve it are greatly appreciated, and I won't think you're being mean if you suggest a way to improve, only if you're just being like "this stinks, it's terrible!"
