Love, because he love you, and it's the most simple way to tell you.

Sherl, because it's simple and it's only you who can call him that.

John:
His nickname for you:
Beauty, because you're beautiful, even when you don't believe in it.
Your nickname for him:
Doc, because he likes it when you call him that.

Mycroft:
His nickname for you:
My darling, because you are his everything, and he loves you (he's very possessive).
Your nickname for him:
Myc, because you know that you are the only one who can call him that.

Greg:
His nickname for you:
Sweetheart, because you like sweets and he loves to eat them with you<3
Your nickname for him:
Graham, Jeff, Geoff etc. Because Sherlock always forgets his name, and it's fun to see him glare at you, when you pretend that you've also forgotten it.

Jim:
His nickname for you:
Poppet, because he likes to think that you need his protection. (Even if you don't)
Your nickname for him:
Babe, because you love him more than everything.
