My headphones definitely eased my mind while we were traveling, because I was sleeping the entire time we were on our flight. Which, trust me my friends, that is not a problem at all.

Winter and I now sit among our other band-mates on our charter bus, that we are to use for the length of this trip.

"Rowan, would you happen to know our schedule for the day?" She asks me while holding her phone up to the bus window. She is currently recording a time lapse that will most likely end up being posted on her trendy Instagram account.

I glance at her from the top of my glasses, that have now fallen down my nose.

"No, I never read emails, especially the ones that are sent by Thomas. I swear he is just an author in hiding that likes to torture us with long, pointless electronically sent mail."

She turns to look at me.

"Rowan, I think you need to start being more responsible and start reading emails that have information about your life for the next week. Just a thought though." She states in a parenting tone.

We both burst out laughing. Everyone around us turned to look at the commotion with faces saying that we really needed to shut up. Winter and I both know that I will never become more responsible. At least, not in this century, maybe when I hit 101 years of age I will actually manage my time and my life in general.

The rest of the drive to the hotel was silent. Everyone was either listening to music, sleeping, or scrolling through their social media. Me? I was doing a little bit of everything. I tend to get easily distracted when it comes to traveling. The lights outside were filled with reds and greens, from people not wanting to give up the Christmas spirit just yet.

We were able to see London's Eye from the road the bus was driving on. The lights that surrounded it were magnificent and changed colors every few seconds. It was mesmerizing to say the least.

We arrived at our hotel a few minutes later. The building looked as tall as the Empire State Building in New York City. Not that I have ever seen that in person, but I needed something for reference. To put it simply, the building was really tall.

The architecture was beautifully designed, it held windows on every inch of the building, providing a very modern style to the city that surrounded it. The lobby held the hustle and bustle of work men and women trying to leave in order to arrive at their meetings on time. The occasional squeak on the floor came from the bottoms of our shoes, the sound was really out of place when in a professional environment like this one.

The flooring was dark stained wood with a sort of cover protecting it from the wear and tear of the people. The inside opened up in the middle to reveal an atrium with all the levels of the hotel being visible.

The main floor held all the necessities that a hotel requires. In the corner near the breakfast area was a bar that resembled the inside of a really fancy restaurant. It was made of lighter color wood, which made the area appear much bigger than it actually was. They had the lights that dangle from the ceiling and look like lanterns, as well as a big table off to the left with seating for the people who need a little help getting through the day; if you know what I mean. Off to the right was a lounging area where a few people were working away on their laptops.

We made it up to our room which was on the 31st floor of the building. The elevator was magnificent to say the absolute least. It held windows on the opposite side of the doors for people to look out when going up to their rooms for some time to themselves. Except these windows did not face into the hotel like, I assume, you all thought. This window faced out into the city of London providing an even prettier view than when we descended on the plane.

Making it up to our room, we opened the stained wooden door, only to be welcomed by the sight of our home for the next week. The room truly was a sight that many do not get the opportunity to see in their lifetimes.

Two beds were situated in the middle of the room with all white sheets adorning them. A long rectangular mirror was placed above both of the beds and went the length of the entire wall. The window on the adjacent wall took up most of the surrounding area and allowed for another great view of the city.

"Oh my word, how the hell did we have enough money for a room like this?!?" Winter yells from the bathroom. "Rowan! Come in here!"

I walked over to the bathroom that was placed just to the right of the door.

"Holy shit." Were the only two words that came out of my mouth.

The bathroom was more spectacular than the hotel itself. Also side note, why are bathrooms always like the fanciest things you will ever see in your entire existence. Like all you do in there is take showers and do other things that people, in general, do not want to hear about. So, sOmEOne pLeASE exPlAIN tHis LoGIc.

The bathroom was made of marble tiling that lead up to what resembled a floating counter for the sink and amenities. There was a bath situated in the corner and could probably hold the same amount of people that a hot tub could. The shower was placed on the opposite side and provided a raining effect instead of an actual shower. If that even makes sense.

I walked back out into the main room, jumped on to my luxurious bed, and stated the following.

"I better be rich when I am older. Screw people who say money can't buy happiness because I am pretty damn happy right now. Triangle up bro."
