Taylor's POV
I think I'm dreaming. I must be. There is no way she could be here.
"Am I dreaming" I say.
Emma walks over to me, crying.
"No baby, you're not." she says in her amazing voice I've longed to hear for more than a year now.
I hug her with everything I have.
I hug her so tight I think our hearts physically reconnected.
"Taylor.....cant.....breathe..." she says.
"I don't care, this is what you get for leaving me" I say.
I let go.
"What..how?" I ask.
"sit down" she says, "We'll I was kidnapped. I was never stabbed though. Matt ran the whole kidnapping thing. He also faked my death. but then I escaped. I had to go into hiding until something happened to him, and it did. So now I'm here".
"You could've came back! I could've protected you!" I practically scream.
"I've been missing so much for over a year. I've been miserable" I say and start crying.
"I know baby, I've been watching. literally sometimes I sat in the backyard." she says and laughs.
She was so close this whole freaking time.
That makes me cry harder.
"daddy don't cry" Grayson says.
"Oh yeah and sometimes when Grayson was outside in the backyard I would come see him and told him I would be back soon..." she says and smiles.
"You f'd up his mind!" I laugh.
"I kept telling him over and over that you weren't coming back and he called me a liar!" I say.
"oops" she says.
"well I don't really care because my heart pounds everytime I look up at you because I still feel like I'm in a dream" I say, honestly.
"I love you so much, Taylor Caniff." she says.
"I love you so much, Emma Caniff" I say.
She looks confused.
I pull the ring off Grayson's night stand, the one I was gonna propose to her with.
"I was gonna propose to you with this when you got back from the grocery store that night... well now that you're back from the grocery store, Emma Abram, will you marry me?" I ask.
"YES I LOVE YOU" she says and kisses me.
Then we hug and Grayson decides to join in.
My life is complete.
