"Phoebe, we can't keep the TV paused for much longer, it's going to turn off in like 2 minutes!" Cooper said worriedly.
"Cooper, I know this is going to sound crazy, but go sit on the Skylanders portal." Phoebe directed. Cooper laid his hindquarters on the toy portal. It began to glow. The TV screen acted as if he was a Skylander toy figure and showed he was of an anonymous element. Cooper disappeared from the purse palace and appeared on the TV screen. Cooper was a Skylander now!
"Phoebe, what did you just make me do!?" Cooper said on the fringe of an emotional breakdown. Cooper walked over to Phoebe and gently nuzzled her with his muzzle. Phoebe returned the kind nuzzle with an affectionate lick.
"Now you can help me!" Phoebe exclaimed. "Isn't this great, now I'm not in grave danger!"
"You're right Phoebe, you're not in grave danger, we BOTH are!" Cooper growled. "I could have just set one of the toys on the portal and helped you from the couch, not possibly be left inside the TV to die with you! How could you do something so careless and dumb!?"
Phoebe looked dumbfounded. Her muzzle began to curl in contempt. "Fine, I'll just help myself get out of here, I don't need you, find your own way out of the TV!"
"IF YOU DIDN'T NEED ME WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU TRICK ME INTO COMING IN HERE TO HELP YOU THEN!!!!!!?????" Cooper yelled, enraged.
"I didn't trick you," Phoebe pointed out. "You didn't HAVE to sit on the portal, you just decided you wanted to because I asked you to."
"I can't believe this is happening," Cooper murmured to himself. "I could have saved Phoebe without putting myself in danger, why didn't I take a moment to consider my decision!?" Cooper was going to have to continue the journey by himself, knowing that Phoebe would only drag him down.
