"Deku-kun you've been smiling for a while now. Is everything alright?" Uraraka asked him with concern in her voice as he looked at her with a surprised look. "Huh? I've been smiling? I never noticed." Izuku said as Iida came into the conversation. "You are smiling right now." He pointed out as Izuku touched his face.
'Huh? I really am smiling. I just can't help myself to stop.' Izuku thought as two others came by his desk and wondered. "Are you excited for the field trip like we are Midoriya?" Kirishima and Sero asked as they too were smiling. "Y-Yeah, I guess you could say that." 'But not for the reason you may think.' Izuku thought the last part as he couldn't wait another day before tomorrow.
Class 1-A and 1-B had been assigned to be part of a culture exchange student program for the Hero Industry. They were asked to be students in America for a few months at an Academy that was rival to UA's course. The destination, Death City, Nevada, USA. A place Izuku was already familiar with.
"Hey Uraraka. If their's something we don't understand over there. We can count on you to help understand it right?" Tsuyu said as she came over and chatted to the Southern girl as she responded with a nervious yes. "Alright class. Take your seats and be quiet. I'm going over what's to be expected tomorrow so pay attention." Aizawa said as he began writing on the board about the rules and schedule.
Meanwhile, Izuku just listened to him as he took out a ink pen and paper and began to write.
Hey, It's been a while since I last wrote to you. But it's true. We really are going to your Academy tomorrow, or by the time you get this letter....
Haha...Sorry, still trying to remember the time zone difference and the difference in mail delivery from other countries.
But, I can't stop myself from smiling at the fact I get to see you again after so long. You'll be surprised on how I look compaired from back then. By the way, how are things going at your neck of the woods? Well I guess we can talk at that café you keep mentioning about in some of your letters.
I bet I'll be feeling nostalgic and like an old man when I arrive. Hard to believe it's been 6 years since my last visit to you. Never the less, I just can't wait to see you again. Just hopping that my classmates won't cause that much of a trouble for your school. Or Death himself. Don't get me wrong, they're good people. But some of them can be...idiotic and an annoyance to put it nicely.
I look forward to seeing you again...
Maka, I love you.

"Everything alright with you Maka? You're acting cooler than your usual boring self." A teen with white hair said as they and their friends were by a park shooting some hoops together. The girl in question threw the ball at his face as it bounced off. Leaving the ball imprent on his face in red and sinking into the net.
"Shut up Soul." She said as she caught the ball thrown by a blonde girl on the short side, but had large 'assets'. "Ya know, he's kinda right Maka. You've been all happy since they announced the new guys coming in tomorrow." She said as she was bonked on her head by a taller teen with blonde hair.
"Patty stop pestering her. Probably excited about seeing new faces. Who knows, maybe some hot guys included too." "You just wanna meet the other guys huh Liz." They said as the ball was then snatched from the girl and shot by a kid with blue spiky hair and a star tattoo on his shoulder.
"Who cares. As long as they're ready to fight a god then they better be tough. Because Black Star will shine above them all." Now known as Black Star, shouted as he hopped on the basketball net and pointed to the sky with a large smile on his face.
