"I don't know guys I think Mike Wheeler is So cute!" Rachel yelled. Aria and and her friends were at a sleepover together to celebrate the last day of school.
"No he's a total loser. Doesn't he hang out with toothless?" Macy asked.
"Yeah.. I think so." Aria said. The door bell rang.
"Pizzas here! I'll get it!" Aria yelled hopping down the stairs. She grabbed the $15 her mom left for food and made her way to the door. However, when she opened the door, no one was there. Aria walked out into the humid summer breeze. Straying further and further from her house to look for a car. She finally saw a figure in the distance.
"Oh there you are! I thought someone ding-dong ditched us!" She laughed walking closer to them. As she was about 10 feet away she noticed something off.
The 'person' was very tall and lanky, with their skin looking wet; almost slimey.
"Hey are you okay?" She asked, being silenced by a low growl. She ran back to her house trying to open the door realizing it was locking she tried to find another escape route. She ran into the woods hiding behind a big tree.
Aria heard another low growl and moved away from the tree to look. In an instant, she was gone. Missing.

Aria woke up on the ground. Slimey like the thing she saw outside. She was on the floor until she heard that awful low growl. Something grabbed her ankle and she was dragged on the floor.
"Rachel! Macy! Help! Please!" She screamed.
The thing went away and Aria knew she had to run. She ran faster then she ever had. Aria kept her head down on the ground until she ran into something and fell to the ground.
A boy.
