The story began in Aug 1598 in the northeastern province of Gangwon-do
There was an huge storm coming to the village. Villagers are searching for somewhere safety. The seaside from the village the fishamens are still at the ocean, struggling to save the boats. Then until the huge waves crashed the ships. Boats are crashed, going down to the sea.

The next morning there's no storms the sea is quiet, calm and peace. The villagers starts cleaning up the mess at they side of the ocean. Picking up all the broken woods from the boats. Fishes are every where. Many villages are happy that there are so many fishers and gather up all the fishers.
There's an nearby cave, a young man who was struggling to move,The fish-gatherers make their way over to the cave curiously, and gape when they see the

Sooner or later a nobleman hurries home excitedly, asking the fishermen who waited for him, “Where is the mermaid?”
"It's actually a merman." Says one of the fishermen.
"A what?" He turned around until his eyes widening and saw a merman sitting there, a little battered, wrists tied with rope, his long glittering tail stretched out in front of him. *well that's kinky* “It’s a real merman" he breathes excitedly.
He reached towards him but the fishermen pulled him back
" Sir, Please be careful. The mermaid can erase your memory just by touching you"
