Katherine POV
I feel very calm as I turn to the side to bury my face in the soft pillow which always smells of Nick. It's so refreshing I don't even want to get up. Thinking I don't have any reason to, I murmur, "Nick, pass me a drink please?" I groan turning around to see he's not in the room. I don't feel it's worth getting a drink just to come back to bed so I get back to sleep.

"Hey, Katherine?"
"Nick!" I said running up to hug him immediately "You have no idea how worried I was."
"Get off me, I'm sweaty." I notice how right he is and push him away while he shakes his head at me "I went running. I left you a note on the counter really should have guessed you won't see it."
"Oh... Well here's your phone. I'd feel better if you took it with you when you went out. It's a big city."
"I want to drag you with me tomorrow, I want to show you a cool place I found."
"Right well, I want to watch a movie and I'll decide about the run tomorrow." I feel like just being lazy today although I love to run as it gives me such an adrenaline rush and the freedom is amazing.
"I'll put 'Suits' on, but I'm telling you, that place is magnificent. I could just drag you there." I do want to go really but like teasing him to see how he tries to convince me. It's just so amusing to listen to his efforts. "I'm going in the shower." He turns on the TV and passes me the remote which I gingerly take from his hand, as if it were a little puppy. With joy I run to the couch and jump onto my favourite spot directly in front of the screen.

Nick and I went for the run to see the place he found. I wasn't too keen on surprises so I got him to tell me that he found a group of waterfalls.
I wasn't the fittest person you've ever met and running got me out of breath pretty fast.
