Chapter 12: I Did It Because I Love You.

*July 24th, 2013*

Sammie's P.O.V: 

There's been rumours about Roc and Desiree breaking up. If it's true, the way I will be celebrating, you don't understand blad! At least I won't have to put up with her shit anymore, since she is not gonna be with Roc anymore. But I'm not gonna get my hopes up, you never know the TM haters might have made these rumours up. Speaking of Roc, me and him haven't really talked. To be quite frank we haven't talked at all. Maybe he doesn't wanna be my friend anymore. I hope not. Since the little misundersting we had, I've been really down. He was one of the things that made me happy. But he threw it all away coz of his selfish self.

*Skipping to the middle of the night*

I was jamming in dreamland also known as sleeping. I was just getting to the good bit when I heard a buzzing sound. I thought it was a stupid fly. I opened one of my eyes and it was my phone. Who could be Skype calling me right now, in the middle of the night? Let's hope it's not Tatyana, she don't know the time difference between LA and London. She so weird. "Aye turn it off man! I'm tryna sleep." Ella murmured under her covers. I got out of my bed and went downstairs to answer the call. I went into the living room, switched the lights on and answered my phone.

*Skype Convo*

Me- What do you want, Roc? *All annoyed and I yawned*

Roc- You took your time to answer. And were you asleep?

Me- Naah you don't say, I was sky diving, I'm having bare fun! *Rolls my eyes*

Roc- You were being sarcastic weren't you?

I looked at him like he knew the answer to his own stupid question. What a dumb piece of shit he is.

Me- Roc it's 3 in the morning, what do you want blad?

Roc- I just wanted to tell you me and Desiree broke up. So now you could be happy.

Me- I was always happy. And why? *I was all curious now*

Roc- She cheated on me with my cousin Marcus. *Looks down all sad and that*

Me- AAAAH peak! Told you she was a sket! She practically used you. Are you sad though?

Roc- *Chuckles* Naaah, I knew this day would come, it didn't even work out. *Mumbles something*

Me- I'm sorry, I didn't catch that. 

Roc- *Takes a deep breath* And also I did it because I love you.

Me- I know, and I love you too, my boy bestie. *Smiles*

Roc- Not in a friend way. I love you more than that, I always have, and you know that.

Me- Then why did you date all them other girls then?

Roc- To take my mind off you, but it never worked. See you're always on my mind. That's also another reason to why me and Des broke up. See, me and her were having a makeout session...gco.

Me- First of all I see how you try forget about me. Ohhh I see how it is. And second of all I didn't wanna know that. *Made a stank face*

Roc- *Chuckles* As I was saying, while we were doing that, I was thinking about you and she must've told me she loved me then I told her "I love you too Sammie." Then she slapped my face hard!

Before I could say anything. Aunty Sabrina burst into the living room. "Unafanya nini saa hizi? Haya haraka haraka, nataka uwende juu nikukute ushalala katika dakika tano. Sawa?" She warned me in Swahili. I understood her and replied, "sawa."

Roc- *Looks confused* Please translate?

Me- She just asked me what am I doing up this early in the morning, and that I should be asleep in the next 5 minutes. So let's get this over and done with.

Roc- Lol. She sounds exactly like your mum.

Me- Yeah I know... Anyways you got slapped. So what you're tryna say is that you love me more than a friend and those were girls were just hit and runs kinda lol.

Roc- Yeah, but you make me sound like a player when I'm not...... Baby, I want to be with you forever. I want you to be Mrs August, I want you to be the mother of my kids and I want to grow old with you. *Shyly smiles*

Me- Awww that's so sweet. That is actually how you feel about me. I'll think about it, OK? And Mrs Samantha August, hmmm it could work. *Giggles*

Roc-*Laughs* Ok. Oh and I'm gonna be coming to London next week for a tour. I'm excited to see you again.

Me- *Hesitates* Yeah.... about that... The bad news is that today I'm leaving to go and live in Zanzibar. So you won't be able to see me. Good news is that I won't have to see you again. *Laughs*

Roc's face dropped. "I'm only joking babe. Gosh, bare getting emotional. Stop crying man!" I managed to say through my laughs.

Roc- Dude, does it look like I'm crying. But forreal I'm gonna miss you babe. *Does a cute puppy dog face* I love you and you know it, ok.

Me- Aww you look so cute. I love you too. Say hi to everyone for me please. *Blows Kiss* Since in LA it's still the 23rd of July happy birthday my sexy leo!

Roc- Thank you my innocent virgo. I will and say hi for me as well please.

Me- Will do. Bye. *Waves uncontrolably*

I finally went back to sleep. But this time I'm all happy. I doubt I will be able to sleep though.
