JPOV

I heard someone ringing the doorbell and realized it was almost time to go. It was 8:21PM right now, and I was just preparing to put on some foundation on my skin. I know I’m a boy, but my … unnatural visuals made me use cosmetics every now and then. My face was too pale and my eyes had natural dark circles, so I just had to take care of that, not to mention that using cosmetics on my face would save me the shame of blushing.

I quickly ran towards the door, holding the liquid foundation with my teeth and pulled the handle, expecting to see Aiden. After all, he did promise to pick me up and drive me to the place of the blind date.

To be honest, I was a little nervous tonight. I was going to meet with a guy I had never seen in my life, and that guy was going to share my interests and was going to flirt with me. I’m not sure I was into that kind of dating …

“Hey.” To my surprise, it wasn’t Aiden who greeted me, nor was it the guy from the blind date. It was Noel, and he was dressed quite … w-well, sexy. Yeah, he was sexy. Sexier than me. And I bet he liked to rub it in my face through various ways, like this one.

The black-haired boy was wearing a stylish, ink shirt and expensive, skinny jeans. He was wearing sunglasses (even though it was nighttime) and had a Beats by Dre Studio white headphones around his neck. He looked amazing, and I felt stupid the moment I met his gaze.

“Aiden is busy cooking, so I’ll be your guide for the night.” The boy declared, crossing his arms. I gulped and nodded as he entered my apartment without waiting for an invitation, and looked around curiously, as if he was some sort of an inspector. I took out the foundation bottle from my mouth to speak, but he had other plans.

“What’s that, make-up? Are you dumb?”

“I-I …”

“You can’t put on a foundation with one hand. You’ll spread it unevenly and slowly, and it’ll dry off before you’re done. Let me do it.”

I was surprised from his suggestion, but decided to let him help me anyway. I couldn’t argue with Noel, not after he knew about the feelings I had for Aiden. I knew that this boy could wreck me if he wanted to, and I had to do all I could to avoid pissing him off.

The next minutes were passed in completely silence, with Bellamy’s hot breath on my face and his fingers working on my skin. He was quite gentle, opposite to what I had expected, and he seemed to be doing quite a good job with evening the color of my face, removing any impurities in the meantime. He didn’t say a word, but that was mostly because he was too concentrated in his own work.

When Noel finished, he stepped back and looked at me curiously.

“Huh, that looks fine, I guess. But you need something more.”

“What?” I asked. I never thought of using something more than a foundation and concealer, it was quite the blow for my pride anyway.

“Mascara. And some eyeliner.”

“W-WHAT?!”

“Mascara and eyeliner.” Noel rolled his eyes as he repeated, although I did hear him the first time quite clearly. He … He was actually going to use those on me. I don’t even have the needed products!

“Don’t worry, I brought them with me. I knew you wouldn’t have anything, so I got mine. What, you think it’s gay to put make-up on? I think it’s better to be gay than to look like 8hit. Your hair is white and your lashes are almost invisible. We have to change that. Also, you’re Asian, so you need to open those eyes a little. To do that, we’ll use the eyeliner. Now sit down and be a good boy while I do my work.”
