For toxic I went a sorta like, toxic saliva. Like a snake kinda, but his bite is normal, it's his toxic saliva you gotta watch out for. And uh. You know, usually toxic things are bright coloured, thus the spots. And I added his poisonous parts a lil glow for the glow word. And you can't see it but there's a slight kinda foam/smoke pouring from his mouth.
