Pt2: meeting

Recap:when he turned around I knew immediately who he was. He was my neighbor.

Erikas POV

I tried to look away from him but I still heard his conversation with his friends.

Boy1: I met this girl over the summer and she just walked into the room the one with the blonde hair

Boy2: I met so many girls over the summer probably the best summer I've had

My neighbor was a player I wonder what his name was and why he was so hot. At that moment the teacher walked in looking stressed.

Miss pilling: Jake stop talking with your friends or I'll have to send you out of this class like I had I last year

That was his name and I don't know why but even though I knew he was a player and a bad boy I still fell for him but I tried not to show it.

Jake=J

J: sorry miss *turns to Erika* hi what's your name? I'm Jake btw
E: yeah I think I realized
J: um okay but you still haven't told me what your name is. And also why are you sitting next to me?
E: okay fine I'm Erika. And this was the only empty seat it's not like if I wanted to sit here anyway

I don't know why but in my head I had a crush on him but when I spoke I was angry I don't what happened. Jake put his hand out to shake mine but I ignored it and payed attention to the teacher instead.

*At the end of the lesson*

I walked out but Jake caught up with me.

J: Erika what's your problem
E: my problem Jake is that I know that you are a player and I don't like talking to players.

At that moment a girl was approaching me and Jake

T: is he annoying you?
E: yea
T: oh sorry I'm Tessa * turns to Jake* leave her alone she won't be like one of the others under my watch
J: um okay see you tomorrow I guess
T: bye*walks away and turns to Erika*sorry about him would you like me I take you home
E: no thanks my mum is taking me but it was nice meeting you

We arrive home and I go straight upstairs and go on my phone. After about 5 mins I look up to Look at Jake's window to see him looking at me.

J: I didnt know you were my neighbor

I walk over to the window

E: yeah I didnt wanna tell you
J: well this is nice anyway. When did you move in?
E: yesterday afternoon have you lived here all your life
J: yeah pretty much well after my parents got divorced. Now I live with my mum and my brother I in college
E: oh well sorry about your parents and mine are also divorced

At that moment a women walked in who I guess was his mum

J:mom this is Erika. Erika this is my mom
Pam: you can call me Pam. She's better then all the other girls that you bring over.
J: mom!
Pam: sorry *laughs and then leaves the room*
J: sorry about her
E: it's fine and I need to go now bye

I didn't need to leave I just didnt feel like talking to him anymore it's just awkward when people mention that he is a player. so I go downstairs and make myself food an when I'm done I walk upstairs and see.....
