Mikes POV:
i saw Max waking up Will and i immediately started panicking. "MAX, I SWEAR IF YOU TELL WILL AB-" Will cut me off by yawning and looking confused. "tell me what?" he sat up looking around at everyone. "nothing!!" i said quickly. "aaaactually-" max started but i nudged her giving her a death glare. "it's a surprise." she said quickly after. i sighed of relief and mouthed "thank you" to her. she nodded and whispered "you owe me" Will got up. "is it a bad surprise? is that why you're whispering so much?" he tilted his head. "no it is good" i said, max nodded. "okay.." will said.
~later~
i had to think of some kind of surprise to do for Will. hm... i wonder why max didn't tell Will anyway. weird, but i'm not complaining. what if i threw Will a party or something? for being a great friend to everyone? yeah sure. that's what i'll do.
the next school day i invited everyone to my house for friday(it's wednesday right now) without letting Will know. everyone said they'd go, perfect.
~friday~
i asked Will if he wanted to come to my house after school, he said yes. little did he know that when we get to my house everyone will be hiding then they'll jump out at Will yelling 'surprise', it will be great. everyone going to the party except me and Will are getting a ride with steve because his school gets out a bit earlier than ours and cars are faster than our bikes. i gave dustin the keys to my house. i was going to stall a bit with Will just so i know everyone will be ready when we get there. when school was over, i went to my locker, Will followed me because he already had all his stuff with him. i went slowly getting my stuff and stopped a couple times asking random questions like 'how's your dog doing?'. i finally stopped stalling, thinking everyone would be ready by the time we got there. so we went on our bikes and started pedalling to my house. when we got to the house, we walked up, Will was beside me smiling awkwardly like he was waiting for me to open the door.. because he was. "oh, it should be unlocked, you can go in first" i said giving him a weird thumbs up. "um okay" he nodded confused and opened the door before walking in. everyone popped out "SURPRISE!!!!"
