Since they are hybrids I read in a couple of books that they can communicate by thoughts.
So I wanted to add that.
So if they communicate it would be between brackets like this

Chapter one.
Royal's POV
"Twins." I heard Daddy say. Well I think it was daddy.
"What?" I heard a bell like voice say. It sounded like melody.
"Take her, I have to save Bella!" I heard daddy say. I'm guessing Bella is our Mother. I was placed in cold hard arms.
"She is beautiful!" I heard that voice say again.
"Where's Renesmee?" I heard her ask someone.
Renesmee must be my twin.
(Where are you.) I asked Renesmee using our mind link.
(In Rosalie's arms. I'm downstairs) Renesmee said. I looked up in a pixie like face. She had spiky hair and golden eyes. She was beautiful. I pointed down and she smiled. I guess she understood me.
"I'm Alice by the way." She said.
She walked downstairs and then I saw my sister in a blond goddesses arms. She was beautiful. The blond goddess I mean.
Then I looked at my sister. She looked almost like me. She had bronze curly hair where I had black curly hair. She had chocolate brown eyes where I had bright forest green eyes.
(Hey sis.) I said and she smiled.
(Hey) She said and then Rosalie gasped.
"Twins??" She asked shocked.
"Yep." Alice said.
"What should we call her?" Rosalie asked Alice.
"Royal Elizabeth Cullen." I heard my father say.
I saw him walk down the stairs. His clothes were stained in what I guessed was my mothers blood. I felt sad. I didn't want to hurt my mother. I tried to not hurt her.
"Its okay Royal. I know you didn't mean it." I heard daddy say. I smiled at him. He had bronze colored hair like Renesmee and golden eyes like Alice and Rosalie. He was handsome.
"I know you didn't mean it either Renesmee." He said to Renesmee.
(He can read minds?) I asked my sister.
(I think so) She answered.
"Yes I can." Daddy said again.
"Edward what's going on?" I heard Alice said.
