Marina and Pearl strolled down the sidewalk of the streets of Inkopolis City after releasing their new song "Funky Ink". "DID YOU HEAR HOW EPIC MY RAPPING WAS!? EVEN WITH A ROBOTIC VOICE I'M EPIC!" Pearl cheered, her eyes glistening with sparkles. "I'm proud, Pearlie!" Marina sighed, stroking her long tentacles back behind her head.
"how bout we head to Inkwell Isle 2 and then head out to get some lunch?"
Marina shrugged. "I don't see why not!"
"alright!"
the 2 girls stepped onto the pink and white train that rode to Inkwell Isle 2. "i heard there were gonna be fireworks there!!" Pearl cheered. "don't give your hopes up, Pearl." Marina smiled.
what Marina didn't know however....was that soon...
she was going to meet the love of her life...
