Before Autumn and I go home I talked to Zach just to remind him about the set up. he said he's going to use Autumn just to get closer with Astrid. but I won't gonna let him use Autumn. we have to find another way.
"you can't use Autumn! wth" I said
"relax. I mean Im gonna use Autumn as a friend just to get closer with the two."
"But we both know, Autumn is fragile when it comes to you! what if she'll give meaning to all of this! huh?"
I almost shout. I dont want Autumn to involve to things like this. if Zach plans happens Autumn will hurt. I wont let that happen. seems like Tyler heard us.
"hey what's wrong here?" Tyler asked
"nothing bro were just talking here" Zach said
"come on Zach find another way. why dont you just be a new student in Standford." I whisper and raised an eyebrow
"hmm that's a good Idea. but how about Autumn? he knows that were friends. Astrid must cant find out that we've known each other."
"Dont mind Autumn I can handle her. I just dont want her to get involve" I said
And get in the car. Autumn is so drunk I told her not to seat shotgun and lay down at the backseat instead. Good thing I havent drink that much so I can still drive. Before I start my engine I saw Autumn's bag beside me. I search for her phone and saw Astrid have missedcalls. I just throw back her phone to bag and drive. I know Astrid met Fall first but it doesnt mean Fall will be always first to Astrid, I have her heart first.
When we got home. I take Autumn to her room. I took a shower and I notice there's something new in my room. there is a DJ set on my desk. I pull out the card
"Here's something to make you smile - Dad"
Mom and Dad don't really have time for us. I do love doing DJ but that card just make me stressed. Everytime I'm going to eat lunch,breakfast or dinner Im with Autumn. This family will never be complete in Dinning Area. and my phone rings its Astrid. but I answered it. she say hello and I was like "mmm"
"Im just checking if youre still awake" she said
"I answered right. Im awake. what now?"
"where have you gone lately? I've been searching you in school?"
"my friend's house" I said and lay down on bed
"who is this friend of yours?" she asked in curious tone
"Embry, Im sleepy now bae. talk to you tomorrow."
I hang up and send her message to make her feel better.

then suddenly someone just knocked on my door
"who is it?!" I yelled
"Its me Fall" yelled back
"come in"
"you and Astrid Talked?" he asked curiously
"yeah why so curious?"
"I just wanna know if you two are okay."
"were okay" I replied and trying to be cool maybe something happen between the two
"What'd she said?"
"nothin' just asking where Iam lately." I said and shrugged
"oh okay then. good to know youre okay now."
when he was about leave he called my name once "uhh Winter?"
I truned around as Im setting the DJ set "yeah?"
"were still brothers... right?" he asked and I feel Fall kinda odd tonight
"by blood yes" I answered his question without hesitate
"by choice?" he asked
and I just plug my earphones.
A brother wont betrayed their own brother so I guess by choice he isnt my bro. He turn off the lights and leave
